Thanks to the medium of the Internet they are long lived! I am in my early 40's and tuned in during the isolation period of the Pandemic. Learned alot of Greats from the Jubilee Showcase Show...The Dixie Hummingbirds, Gospelaires, The Pilgrim Jubilees, The Evereadys, Ms. Inez Andrews, Clara Ward Singers etc. etc. You wanna see a great performance on a piano? Check out Rev. Julius Cheeks and his wife performing "Morning Train". ✝️

@Quartet4ever - please post more by R.H. Harris & his group. Do you have live audio of him & them performing Thomas A. Dorsey’s “Never Turn Back”? Their studio recording of that Gospel song is the greatest studio recording of any Gospel song I’ve ever heard.

I am friends with his family and best friends with the current Dixie Hummingbirds. It mean so much to me to see Bobo live (and hear him mic’d well).
