Dear Anar, Om Sai Ram🙏🏽. It is wonderful that you are watching Mohanji's videos, and thank you for raising your doubt. Mohanji tells us that the soul is like the petrol in a car. In life, its job is to move the vehicle between the start of life to the end, without bothering about the destination. In between lives, the soul has a different task. It has an overview of all the karma that it has accumulated over lifetimes and has to make the choice about how it would like to finish that karma. Guided by higher beings, it may choose to have, for example, one life full of difficulties, rather than 20 lifetimes with less difficulties, before moving on to the next stage of awareness and evolution. This choice is said to be made freely and is not forced upon it in any way. In that next life, the person forgets that they/their soul has made that choice freely, and may blame luck, God or other people for their misfortune. Ultimately, whether it is success or difficulties, it is all transient, as none of the misfortune, fame or earthly glory persists after death. This is why the Masters ask us to focus on the One Eternal Truth, raise our awareness and walk the Path to dissolve into the Supreme Consciousness. With love, Team Mohanji.

Mohanji Namaste, I know this video is 2 years old. Happened to see now. One question re non violence which you have spoken abt. I fully believe in non violence whether thought, word or action. How do we maintain this attitude when some people keep on taking you for granted, ignore your talent, run you down or take full advantage of your helpful nature. It hurts and we feel like retaliating in some way or the other. Self respect (ego of body consciousness) comes in the forfront, coz we have to survive in this world.

Dear @Arun, When someone deliberately takes advantage of you, or tries to hurt you, you probably have to hiss like a snake so that the other person knows that you are dangerous, but you don’t have to bite. When you bite, it becomes karma. When you hiss like a snake, you give a message to the world, “Look here, I could be potentially dangerous. Don’t touch me.” Also, if people try to manipulate you or steal from you, you are gaining. They are paying a huge price for doing such things. They may not know this. You feel they cheated or undervalued you and they were not worth it, but you lost nothing. So much of karmic log has gone that way. So, don't worry. When people betray us, talk bad about us, scandalise us, etc. so many things are removed from us. When someone asks for help, you have been given an intellect to understand the necessity. E.g., Mohanji always tells people to give food rather than money to the people in the street, because if you give them money, they may buy alcohol. You have been given intellect to know tiger is dangerous so you don't hug the tiger. Like that, we must always look at life objectively and how it is working. With love, Team Mohanji

With regards to your other question, at our death, we have a burden of karma left over from the current life, to add to the residual karma from many previous lives. Mohanji tells us that karma is formed from unfulfilled desires and the seeds of impressions that have been stored in the different layers of the subtle body. Mohanji often compares the soul to the petrol in a car, without which the vehicle will not run. Dear Saisrinivas, thank you for your questions. Questions that begin with why are generally not easy to answer; we may not have the requied level of awareness to understand and appreciate the answer. Who are we to question God! Nevertheless, we will attempt a response. The main reason for detachment from the Creator is for experience: the need to experience certain aspects of existence through a body or form. In our first incarnation, we did have the Consciousness of who we really were. Hovever, after experiencing the desired experience, new desires arose leading to more and more births, which gradually became more and more dense. Nevertheless, the Soul element in us still retains the original connection. Our job, over lifetimes, is to increase the connection to ourself. All Masters are only here to help us in this journey.Once we are fully aligned and stabilised, we will realise our connection to God and become one with the Creator. When we do this, we will be liberated from the cycle of life and death, or attain Moksha. So, dear fellow Soul, please understand the real purpose of your life. Mohan ji, in a way I do not agree with you that the spirit has the choice to balance karma. This realm is a prison realm and people here do not have correct behaviour to justify that type of freedom. To balance out negative karma, spirit has to come back and is stuck in the sansara cycle. Otherwise u could be murdering ppl And say in the spirit world and say I dont want to go back.
