This is a powerful exploration for de constructing the illusion of a self that is located in and limited to this bodymind who is doing the sensing percieving.

“The hearing is the sound and the sound is the hearing…There’s no decision to hear…it’s already heard…you might hear the silence that is not independent of sound.” It’s an ever flowing ever changing river of pulsating sensation & perception floating in space nowhere in particular - aliveness. Beautiful 🙏🏼💖

Angelo, I've noticed for a while now when I'm driving down the road doing 90km/hr with the passenger side window down just a little and there are bushes along the side of the road with birds (small birds like finches) living in them and they are chirping I can hear them as like they are so close, real close, loud and clear. Is that an example of 'no distance'? it's always struck me how loud they are, having said that if there were people on the side of the road talking I don't here them.

If it's quiet enough all I can hear is the high pitched noise. It sounds like reality is screaming at me in a pitch so high I don't think any physical object could make it, at least I've never heard anytjing that high that doesn't come from my own head. It's always there. It's been there for as long as I can recall, and I'm 44 so I've been living with it for a while. I don't think it's due to hearing loss because any hearing test I've taken says it's ok. I wonder if it's in any way related to the "visual snow" I've also seen my whole life. It looks like snow on an old tv when it has no signal except it's colorful. It's just overlaid everything I see. When I close my eyes I can see an endless procession of faces come out of the "snow". They come from the cloud and continually morph into new faces. I can also see a bunch of geometric patterns happening that are also morphing into different things. It honestly reminds me a little of the art I've seen of DMT trips. I've never done DMT so the pictures are all I have to go on.

Yes they are definitely related. the hum is natural sound without mind filtering and visual snow is natural vision without mind filtering. :)

Sense. Sensation. Sensual. Sensuality. In fully experiencing one may get the inclination that perhaps a much broader spectrum of arousal exists. A soft breeze, the verdant green of plant life, the warmth of the sun on your skin or a good descriptive for your noun. 🤪💛

I get what you two are saying, I am that and there is nothing more awesome than this sensation of connectedness. I had simply thought that part of my life was over and was pleasantly surprised if not extremely stunned. This is all. I'm working to re-integrate that part back into my life. It's odd in the way of picking something back up that you had set down for a very long time. I know it's not exactly normal, but I figured it takes all kinds and someone out there might see this and decide not to reserve themselves in the first place, as I would advise.

Thank you! So I have this contracted center in my head. My attention naturally get pulled to this density. Sometimes it feels like trying to direct my attention anywhere else when doing an exercise or watching the breath during meditation causes a slight struggle/tension. I often feel like letting my attention rest in this contracted center feels the best. Do I just rest my attention naturally where it wants until this resistance pattern dissolves? When I did the sound exercise in this video it felt a lot better because it was less me directing my attention and more realizing the sound is already here. I have to be very careful because if I direct my attention in the slightest way it causes struggle/tension.

Cool, this is helpful as a training wheel for exploring sound, I can sense the soundless presence of silence that compliments the sound. Unless I've missed a previous video you've created on exploration of the visual field, is there a possibility of creating a 'guided visual exploration' at some point in "the future" similar to this one - if it's not too much to ask? Hi angelo, i have the feeling that my mind is trying to get back in the old state and the emptiness makes it uncomfortable. Can you give me advice for this?
@SimplyAlwaysAwake
@SimplyAlwaysAwake 2 жыл бұрын
Emptiness is only uncomfortable when it is perceived through the thought lens. That lens already causes an experience of separation and isolation which is inherently uncomfortable. So then the mind imagines and extreme version of that. What is totally left out (because dualistic mind can’t perceive it), is the radiant intimate aspect. This is why working on non-dual clarity in the sense fields is critical 👓

Hey Angelo theres sometimes thoughts coming up saying 'is it just this?' And 'its too simple it cant be this', which feed the seeking energy. I've tried to let go of this seeking so many times and even noticed multiple times that theres nothing not just happening by itself/ theres no thinker or doer. It also sucks when theres laziness or restlesness and then thoughts coming up saying 'theres no I its just happening'. Is there anything you can say to this?

Equanimity work is key. A lot of reaction is hestitation, like dormant reaction or latent reaction appearing as hesitation tone. Asking, "What am I reacting to?" can uncover a lot. Also always consider that a reactions is to a thought or perception.

So I guess Tinnitus is a thought and not a sensation? if it is that 's a lot of processing being done. It's curious how sounds do not superimpose, one doesn't need to do anything to separate the sound of someone talking from the sound of the TV, if one sound goes away the others aren't affected, sound just is.
@SimplyAlwaysAwake
@SimplyAlwaysAwake 2 жыл бұрын
I'd say it is the opposit, the natural tinnitus becomes clear when thought/mind stops filtering it out. It's experienced as vivid and intimate like any sound or shape or taste...

Did you die too? I’m back, I found out I have severe PTSD from NDE (Near Death Experience). I have it particularly severe. My entire life experience, I now know, why I have been the way I am, and drawn to certain social communities and topics. A lot of NDEs are life changing, in a good way, but there are many, that are so severely bad and traumatic, there is little recovery or help. I’m super blasted, I’m pretty far gone. I’m at 11th dimension, highest reported known or idealized consciousness a human could possibly observe and perceive. I’m not happy about it. My ego is shredded, but my consciousness knows the value of the ego and takes care of it. It’s a back and forth super intelligent relationship of awareness and terror. If anyone who reads this, thinks they might have had an NDE, please talk to someone you trust deeply about it. It doesn’t get better. Many people go in healed by socialization and shame surrounding spirituality. Yes, there are parts that are not falsifiable, but the trauma is real, the brain injury is real, the symptoms are real, and if it causes great distress, whoever you are, you deserve to be heard, accepted, and given care and attention. No one can decide for you if you feel good or bad in response to a naturally occurring experience outside your own doing. Don’t be like me and wait your whole life. Go get help, find a community like this, just reach out please.

@@nat998 thank you for sharing! We need to begin bringing public awareness and support to people who are trapped with existential terror that results from NDE. There is science and understanding of NDE available. I believe now, my life purpose is opposite of teal swan. Instead of freeing people to get them to be more accepting and committed to life, I wish to free people from the existential terror of existing. It is possible to leave space time peacefully and painlessly. Even the ability to imagine, can provide healing for the PTSD, while still alive, incarnated, and without the need to actually die here in space time while still incarnated.
@yiravarga
@yiravarga 2 жыл бұрын
@@nat998 you do show significant signs of PTSD, and dissociation. That’s a good thing, it means your being is responding in a healthy way to protect you and make the terror not so bad. I say dissociation, because DID has an exception to the age rule. Dying can not be integrated to the personality (character), at any age. We can not integrate something that defies the current mortal existing self, but we can reconcile and heal it. There is not much help in society at the moment. Your concerns and hesitations are very real and valid. I encourage you to take a look at some of these resources: Somatic experiencing by Peter Levine Transcendental Idealism by Immanuel Kant Internal Family Systems by Richard Schwartz The Wheel of Awareness by I forgot who, but it’s not hard to find with a Google search. CBT, and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) These two are required, because you need to be able to challenge core beliefs very consistently within milliseconds during the death process. You put these into a big bowl, mix up good, and you got yourself a bomb recipient sure enough to reconcile even the worst existential terrors! It is the most difficult and distressful experience a mortal ego (part of self) can possibly have. My favorite description of God, is “An intense mass of love and light.” I don’t know why, but it’s hilariously accurate, because everyone has their own version of “intense”.
@yiravarga
@yiravarga 2 жыл бұрын
Also, teal swan’s completion process will help immensely. It brings all of that together in one go. Be wary though. The protector who protects you from the exile who holds the experience of death is “extreme”. I say extreme, because that’s a terminology reference to IFS, “extreme protectors”. Remember, healing must be done with great care, gentleness, compassion, understanding and acceptance, and consideration of the pacing of healing your body chooses. This is delicate serious work, you will find yourself tampering with the laws of spacetime, you will be shown things that defy Newtonian physics, while at the same time, having complete clarity and understanding of how it all works.
@yiravarga

@@nat998 feel free to dm me if you have questions, you are the first one I’ve talked to about NDE, and I know it is necessary for healing, to connect with others who share experiences. I wish you the best on the journey. For us, our journey is not trying to reach truth or all one, we’ve been there, we are there. We are here for reasons very very few can comprehend.

@@nat998 yes, she is. She has not credited the scientific sources, she might not even be aware they exist. She certified clinical and professionals in the field to do healing work, that is genuinely effective, and backed up by science. She has done the best job at bringing many sources of humanity’s resources for healing, to one place and one process. She can heal heal your ego, but there is more she can not do for the soul. She even said, she avoids esoteric work, because “it does nothing for your current life right now”. For NDE, we need that esoteric stuff!
