Guzheng is an very ancient Chinese instrument during Qin dynasty. 221-206 BCE. I was born in China playing the Guzheng makes me feel very connected to my own culture. I don’t play any instruments the traditional learning path. Every sound I bring through is through energy and channel. The sounds flows with harmony and peace which is very calming and healing to the nervous system. Unbalanced nervous system is the major cause of stress and mental heath these days.
