Its honestly probably much cheaper domestically, making it much more appealing in the India market. Their electonics and hobbyist culture is interesting, and schematics are typically pretty stout with relatively reliable components. Id go with made in India over china any day.

@@Prometheus574 nope. The resistors capacitors are indian 🤣. Not sure about all parts but there is quite a lot of manufactures in india producing these passive components. Even bigger manufacturers like vishay .. i guess they are only buying the semiconductors from china.. and every brand does it. Even brands who make their stuff in usa Europe or japan is dependent on china for some parts.

Try boat for buds n headphones if you are looking for value... another indian brand that doing good... These guys worked at jbl for a long time and then came up with “Boat” i have used it and they are great value... 👍🏻 Less than half the price but products are not half good...

Love the use of the Scope. Great to see how hard some amps clip. Btw if you want to see a rough estimate of the the crossover you can play a 20hz to 20khz sweep through amp with it connected to the scope, you should be able to see a rolloff of the signal where it crossed over.

I just got the rockville Krypton M3. It has a voltage meter and Clip light on remote and seems to do rated power. Would love to see it dyno'd. They also have Krypton M4 and M5 but I spoke to them and they said they don't know when those amps will be available.

That circuit design is so old it has silkscreen marked on the board for Z44 or IRFZ44 which was the popular switching FET of the 2000s, and they subbed an upgraded more modern FET in the place of it. I replaced more of these than I ever want to count in the old skool amps I repaired. It was a common upgrade to put Z48s in back in the day and today I would use IRF3205 with a different gate resistor. This exact circuit is probably in my Perry Babin amp repair library, who was the man back in the day and I think barevids talks about it also. I wish him the best with his current health issues, and thank him for the sharing of knowledge many years ago.

Holy Shit, 5 Core ! My dad and his brother had been it's supplier(we are leading amplifiers chassis manufacturers) for years in early 20s until they refused to give the due payments. Then company got raided by income tax for tax fraud and company's flew the country. Since there's nowhere to be hear about them

I got some 6 inch light weight subs by 5Core and if you don't over power them and maybe use a crossover on them they worked well in there new home as sony replacement speakers in the towers I installed them in. So far i have played a lot of Slipknot thru them and have not smoked them yet. Been 4 months so far.

Those Rockville amps are so damn cheap for the amount of power, it is very tempting to buy a pair of those 2ch models (dB25, or maybe the RXA-T2) to use 1 BTL per front speaker, just dunno how about the sq, I'm pretty picky. They're class A\B and the build quality seems decent. Shame there is no quality reviews on them on YT. I'm sure they'd do rated power, but do they sound good or do they have a pronounced midrange, or a high range rolloff? Do they have a very god S/N-R, or do they pick up a lot of electrical noise, that kinda stuff.

Hey man ive got a kicker ix 1000.1 please see what u think on sonic website how can a amp thats not 1ohm stable have a 2000 watt rating i believe the birth sheet 1100,1200 ive blown a set of hx2s i believe 750 rms and a cheaper pair of L7s at the same rms I don't have a smd or anything like that but ive rewired to make no wiring issue ive had subwoofers in most of my cars never anything like this has happened

They currently make the last known purely analog radio (5core T-22) still manufactured today that uses a variable capacitor tuning circuit, VWestlife did a video on it, its actually a good sounding radio

The model number is suggesting that it is CEA 2006 compliant.? 5Core has a catalog of all the woofer and tweeters that they make in India and surprisingly they do not list the T/S perimeters for any of the woofers.
