Can't thank you enough for making this! Maybe I was dumb enough not to look this up a decade ago, but now that I have come across this, it feels no less than a divine miraculous intervention.

I'm glad it can be useful for some! It's been recorded a long time ago with poor execution, not intended for youtube, but it helped many anyway ^^'

this is nearly perfect, no realy wrong notes, only a few tones on the far side of a frequence, but well done, I just searched for the 2nd voice and got a nice version, thank you for the effort, I own the song on paper, and my hearing is absolute, and I could still sing along (but I have to swich the octave a few times, I'm a Bass II so I cant get the higher parts loud and on "full" voice) thanks a lot for the vid ;)

This is great! I ran across it as I started to prepare to sing with my godson. On the original recording, Paul Simon's voice dominates the version that plays in the right channel/headphone. Listening that way his part is much clearer and distinct, although still hard to sing well. I hope my rendition of Paul Simon's harmony is this good.

A big surprise to find this karaoke. Really exciting experience. I sang Garfunkel's voice, it's so simple and so beautiful what you did it, you accomplish it sounds quite natural, and it is best to feel you're playing guitar and singing beside me. My wife heard us and was fascinated !!! Thanks a lot for your music Una tremenda sorpresa encontrar este karaoke.

This version is incredibly beautiful. I've heard the original version too much in my life but finding out about this arrangement has changed my mind forever. The second voice alone brings something so much deeper, romantic and depressive at the same time. Thanks for uploading it, your voice truely amazing. I whish you peace and hapiness for you all guys.

Hello, darkness, my old friend I've come to talk with you again Because a vision softly creeping Left its seeds while I was sleeping And the vision That was planted in my brain Still remains Within the sound of silence In restless dreams I walked alone Narrow streets of cobblestone Beneath the halo of a street lamp I turned my collar to the cold and damp When my eyes were stabbed By the flash of a neon light That split the night And touched the sound of silence And in the naked light I saw Ten thousand people, maybe more People talking without speaking People hearing without listening People writing songs that voices never share... And no one dare Disturb the sound of silence. "Fools," said I, "you do not know Silence like a cancer grows." "Hear my words that I might teach you, Take my arms that I might reach you." But my words like silent raindrops fell, And echoed in the wells of silence. And the people bowed and prayed To the neon god they made. And the sign flashed out its warning In the words that it was forming. And the signs said: "The words of the prophets Are written on the subway walls And tenement halls, And whisper'd in the sound of silence."
