I would love to see you do a tear down on the nomad and the turbo express. both of those need a little more love. I know they're a little less desirable subjects for mods due to the extreme value of each as is but if anyone could teach us a lot about the inner workings of those systems it would be you luke! anyways cheers man and love watching your stuff.

Anyone know reason behind both headphone and speakers working at the sMe time, I have this issue on 2 audio boards

The spring that shorts one pin to ground in the headphone jack not shorting to ground. You can see the spring that moves at the side of the port and you see it move when inserting the headphones

@RetroSix rhanks for quick reply, will check that,the part that corrodes and always needs a clean?. I cleaned and tinned that to tidy it up, maybe I've made it to rigid now, tight fit with headphone jack!

Can you design a shell with extra holes? L1, L2, R1, R2, 4 face buttons, and space for 2 analog sticks? I also would like to see 16x9 aspect ratio screen hole I want to put a raspberry pi inside of one and I bet the case would sell like hotcakes if you designed it right!
