Thank you Mary for that heart felt prayer and "as always" Peter and Mary for your contagious zeal for the Lord! One thing I learned many years ago when I was in a horrible work situation with an extremely difficult boss is to ask the Lord for scripture that you can stand on throughout the ordeal. For me it was Psalm 37:1-8. It was totally amazing, as over a years time I watched my situation go from frightful to delightful with a boss who came to be a friend. God is amazing! Love you guys!

Peter and Mary, I truly feel you both are a gift from God. Mary's prayer at the end had me in tears. Thank you so much for all of the work you do. I habe been watching your vlogs for about 5 years now and have just begun my relationship with the Lord. I feel so excited everyday when I wake up because I can't wait to learn more. I have a very close friend that is helping me, but even with her help, of course some days I feel lost, so I just pray for direction. Again, thank you so much for all you do. I have multiple sclerosis and have always felt a connection to you guys because I understand on some level what it is like to live with a chronic illness, but I don't let it hold me back. I still enjoy my life every moment that I can just like Mary does. She is such an inspiration. You both are! I hope you are both doing well!❤🤗

They only did bisopy to both areas mri Monday and then the surgery will be September 9. She is one strong young lady and is taking this as another bump in her life. She a type one diabetic since age twelve and has a lot of medical issue right along too so she’s my fighter even though she 38 still my baby. Thank you for asking and prayers.

Thank you, Mary and Peter. You two are so inspiring and I am always getting my faith restored if I start to lose hope. 2 weeks ago today, due to infection, I had to have all of my toes and about a 1/3 of my foot amputated. I'm not diabetic but I have severe neuropathy and I already had to have the same surgery on the other foot a couple years ago. I've been very depressed and this hasn't helped. I'm stuck on complete bedrest for 4 weeks. You help so much with helping me keep my faith in God. Bless you two. Prayer is so powerful. I appreciate you so much. ❤❤🙏🙏

I am getting better. It's almost like a grief when you lose a part of your body and I'm still going through some depression. I love this! I can’t thank you enough for this podcast. My sister, my best friend passed away a week ago. Romans 15:13 was the very last text I sent her when it was clear that she had just a few days to live. I miss her so very much already but I know I will see her again. She was a woman of great faith and served the Lord even in her last days as she shared Jesus with everyone who helped care for her. ❤️

There are times I feel distraught and that I don't even have the mental capabilities to form a prayer. I was always taught that God knows what we are going to pray even before we pray. But at these times I will just say the Lord's Prayer. I hope I'm not doing anything wrong. You might not be able to answer this but what is a good personal devotion workbook or where can I look to find one? I'm a Missouri Synod Lutheran but I don't think that matters for a devotion workbook. Thank you. ❤❤

Hi lauren, thank you for joining us and sharing that with us. Mary & I have been there before and are so thankful that the Holy Spirit intercedes for us when we don't have the words to pray. There are couple of devotionals and apps that you might like. Mary really enjoys using the YouVersion Bible App, there are various devotionals and scripture reading guides/plans on there and it's free. A couple devotional books you might also enjoy: New Morning Mercies by David Tripp and GraceLaced by Ruth Chou Simons. Ruth's books are a bit more journal format where you write in as you go throughout the study. Keep on pressing on friend, the Lord is with you and knows you!

Thank you for letting me know I'm not the only one who just has to say, Jesus, I can't find the strength to form a prayer now. Please send Your Holy Spirit to uplift me. You know what's in my heart and I can always remember the Lords prayer. Thank you Peter and Mary. I do have a Christian psychologist I'm seeing every week. She's a great Dr. I'm glad the Lord sent her to me. Mary, you are always in my prayers. Take care. ❤❤🙏🙏
