Texas: I'm surprised y'all haven't covered The Temperature Wars yet. Ya know, the battles with Canada over the past years. They throw a little cold our way and we throw a little heat their way. Canada got me good back in Feb. 2021. I was crippled for a long time, but we got even. We threw some 100+ degrees (40 degrees Canadian- i mean Celsius) heat their way four months later. I'm pretty sure I saw Arizona and New Mexico throwing some heat too, but I think they hit Washington, Idaho, and Wyoming instead. I know a few of mine hit the Dakota Twins accidentally (my bad Kota). Florida, Bama and Georgia said they were going to throw heat at Toronto, Quebec, and Montreal but they hit New York, Massachusetts and Vermont...not sure that was an accident though. Louisiana and Mississippi threw some at Canada, but Minnesota and Wisconsin were in the crossfire. And of course when Canada fires back, the northern states take the brunt of their cold retaliation. The Temperature Wars have been brutal...people on both sides have been sickened, injured...killed. (sniffles) We won't even talk about when we throw the heat at the same time Canada throws the cold and they meet in the middle. When Africa joins the war it just gets worse. They drag the Caribbean into the conflict. (Cries) What did we do huh? What did any of us do to deserve this? It feels like it never ends! Nobody knows how it started. It's just an endless cycle of highs and lows. Highs and lows. Lows and highs. That moisture in the air? IS FROM OUR TEARS! Here, all y'all talking about Fall as if TTW never existed! (sniffles again). Never forget The Temperature Wars. Never. REMEMBER THE ALAMO AND THE TEMPERATURE WARS! AND FOR PETE'S SAKE WOULD SOMEONE TAKE THE MATCHES AWAY FROM CALIFORNIA, ALREADY?
