I wouldn't call myself rascist (but who does that?) but I was one of those people who take anything for face value if it supports my believes. I was the typical guy you find in the audience of Sargon or the creepy skull man. If someone said anything bad about SJWs or feminists I instantly believed it. Being a German living in Germany and never actually leaving the country for more than a week I'm someone who should really think hard about my political stance. We do have a history. It's a fitness community thing. Generally you want to avoid foods that will decrease testosterone or increase estrogen. If you train natural it's hard to build muscle and any little bit helps. There's nothing conclusive saying that soy is bad because it contains phytoestrogens but the general advice is to be cautious.
