Some letters r confusing : (g and j) have the same sound, (b and v) have the same sound in other videos, (k and x) some times have the same sound, (s and z) also have the same sound. 🤯

Ok so my Spanish teacher is saying that that letters b and v are called different things. She says that b is called bay de burro and she is saying that v is called bay de bacca. Idk what to believe. I'm soooo confused. Can someone pls help me out I have a test tomorrow

Deppending on the spanish speaking country b , is called b larga or simply b , and v is called ve corta or uve . Be de burro y ve de vaca is an unoficial way of telling them appart , just for teaching purposes .
