As a spanish, I have to say that this is a clown show, but the thing is that the problem is not the kiss and Rubiales behavior (don't get me wrong, it's disgusting specially the crotch thing, but you could argue he's thrilled his work has realized the biggest success he can achieve, not justifying it, just context) however the problem is a thing you overlooked , the media, at the beginning, after winning the WC she made an interview where she got asked about the kiss and she answered accordingly to what the statement of the RFEF in the behalf of hermoso, also the videos where EVERYBODY IN THE TEAM was just celebrating the kiss and laughing at the situation, and only after the backlash of the social media and the press+ gobernment Jenni gave the task to represent her to FUTPRO and gave the statement (not Jenni) which Rubiales would later accuse, also Jenni put on her insta a photo where she had a false tattoo that put "there's no summer without kiss" and still hasn't given any opinion on the matter outside the first interview stated above and the two contradictory statements. Summing up: This is just a power struggle using a moment of celebration where Jenni is being forced by all sides to help their cause while everybody condems something Jenni has not expressed her disgust against, while Rubiales believes himself to be Leonidas in 300 (but the ones who gave him power through nepotism are the ones stabbing him and hiding the body cause the ones in the gobernment are the one who put him in charge). So basically the spanish federation is not a sad clownshow, the whole country is, and I'm just eating popcorn seeing how the nepotism and the factions clash with each other over some trivial bullshit seeing my country sink like the Titanic.I hope the point gets across cause english is not my language. They werent celebratnig the kiss, thats just you assuming stuff of just straight making things up. For example they might be laughing because it was a stupid situation... that doesnt make it less of an harassment. It can be stupid and harassment at the same time. Like you might punch me in the face and I might have a laugh in the floor of how stupid that was cuz maybe it was being recorded and i can easily put you in jail for that, that doesnt make the punch less of an assault.

She even compared it with Iker Sara kiss in the WC 2010 while joking and putting them side to side, in another one the whole team was reacting at the kiss and when it happened they all screamed in excitement and then she said hey hey but I didn't like it, where those words have been extracted.
