The Asian nation’s Black Eagles aerobatic flight team, which will see eight KAI T-50B planes, specially-painted in their trademark black, white, and yellow, take part in a series of jaw dropping and awe-inspiring aerial maneuvers at RIAT airshow.

This team has done a great job of thinking outside of the box and finding ways to best utilize their aircraft and pilots' skill. I've been attending airshows since the 70s and this is one of the top performances that I've seen. They are a credit to themselves, their air force and the citizens of South Korea.

These were the BEST at the weekend...Italians were a close second but there was something super cool and special about these guys with their own bespoke jets and the precision they had!

I was at this show and they are the hardest working Demo team in the world. 2 shows Friday Three show Saturday at two different locations and two on Sunday. Nice work!!

They were fantastic to watch on the Saturday of RIAT. Definitely a credit to the South Korean Armed Forces. They have to be in the Top 5 of Aerobatic Demo Teams in the world.

Great footage again Elwyn, I have to agree, the Black Eagles were by far the best flying display I saw at RIAT22 the practice on Thursday was visually fantastic, due to the flying and enhanced by the good weather. On Friday, the grey cloud spoilt it for me but I still enjoyed it all the same. ATB Andy

Thanks for the upload. I was at flyby campsite on Saturday. This display was the best formation display I have ever watched. The reds need to scrap the hawks and get some jets with burners on the back!. I missed sunday as I suffered from heat stroke. gutted!!

They were AWESOME at Avalon! Watched them both Saturday and Sunday...the wind conditions were more favourable on Sunday which really helped the Taegeuk stand out. As a first timer to Avalon that was one special display to see.

Absolutely my new favourite syncro team - was there for the Saturday display, so dynamic, and unlike any other team. No F22 like I wanted (and not much F35 either) - these and the F16 made up for that loss though. I was obsessed with capturing the shadows on the smoke with the sun being behind us all day, hope you didn't get too burnt, it was a toasty one this year!

I imagine that, in these 'progressive' times, the Red Arrows team are more preoccupied with 'diversity&inclusivity' training (which itself arises from Loxism) as opposed to putting in the effort in perfecting their flying 'skills' and thinking outside the box to add new manoeuvers.

Being in the UK I've only ever seen the Red Arrows, saw them at the Wales Air Show recently and they're good but it's not a very exciting show, maybe I've seen them too many times but it's gone a bit bland and boring, a few other people commented that at the show as well. I still love seeing them though

Great quality video here! I've been in intrigued by the Black Eagles Aerobatics team and there aircraft the T-50B Golden Eagle it looks like son of the F-16 Viper one of my favorite fighters out there. Hope to see them preform at an airshow someday!
