This is an awesome development. The underground power lines is an "A" not to mention the "wells". I know you mentioned the no L design for the kitchen but for me I would prefer the L with the sink not at the window but within the L. I was also researching white kitchen cupboards and it is said that chrome handles as opposed to black is more sleek. I actually changed out my upper black handles to chrome and indeed it totally transformed the look. Lovely concept overall.

However, in the next video, can you include a slide showing all the amenities of the community, the size of the homes, the size of the back yard space. Aslo, could you provide us with a drone shot or drive to enter the community and surrounding communities + attractions within or close Old Harbour. But just a side note, do you see why it is so important to have well planned and structured towns because the cleanness, safety, and infrastructures in these are are very much importsnt to any honest, progressive person. I'm one of the people that complain about all the houses looking the same in most developments but I really like the styling of this house inside and out. Large Windows and solar equipment space are a must nowadays. It's good that you can get some privacy from the neighbors too.

I see mention of a drive through restaurant, child care Centre, tennis, football and Pickleball Courts, jogging trail, 6 acre park etc, that big beautiful Great house club house, 360 degrees view of the hills gym etc.....But I am very interested in the state of the surrounding community (ies), attractions, infrastructure, in that area. Do they good supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, what the hospital state is like etc

Only hospitals in St. Catherine are the Spanish Town Hospitals. Old Harbour is a budding community that does have all those other amenities mentioned.

I can tell that this Development Co is thoughtful in his approach of living spaces and community. Do they have covernant as to what you can do with the rear of the property, sides and roof top of the property in terms of addition? I would hate to know rhat a neighbour erects an unsightly structure beside me😢, because once the community is laid out nicely, the views from the roof top will be spectacular....but not if you have to look at junk in your neighbors yard. And i hope no grills on the outside of the windows...such an eye sore😢.
