I applaud Theresa, well done. It is good when you have family/someone you can trust. I started building before covid and just finishing up now to return in a couple of years. My brother-in-law building it and GOD bless him as him don't send photos but whenever we come down we see where the money go and can stay in there. This we buy in the country where people have land and selling it out. Thank you so much for your content

This lady story is so inspiring. It shows what can happen when even beyond even what we think is our limit. The sacrifice that she made, all the long hours and little to no sleep and everything else in between all payed off. So many nuggets were dropped, especially when we neglect and undervalue our own island. And other people come and snatch from us and capitalize on it. Great job to the delprat family for bringing stories like this to the forefront.

Very inspirational story, I'm super happy for you. As a person who acquired land in the later part of 2023 and is about to entire the building phase, I'm encouraged. When you speak on the partner, I am smiling because that is what I am doing right now 😂😂😂 Among a few other things, because I really don't want to be burndown with a lot of loans. Working on ideas, trusting God, and trusting the process. I remember in December 2023, having acquired the land and thinking about how I want my house design to be. I sat down and sketched the idea. I have in mind, give it to the planner, and have him trying to bring to life what I have in mind. I know it will be a journey, but I'm trusting God and trusting the process.

My comment as a Jamaican born. Now American this women have my respect. I'll make no Apology I have no problem with the United states Government deporting illegal. I know the sacrifice she made but living in America illegally and not securing a place back in your home land is madness. Many come a live big life fancy cars and endless partys and name brands clothing. This women was having none of that!. Maximum respect and just so we recognize what she as done to the fullest 80% of Americans cannot buy this house 80% of Americans cannot afford a $450k USD home. My heart is full of joy. When you're in America illegally this is what you do so when you get deported you gladly go home. But again it's probably a mistake to put this on social media. Jamaicans are hated by many in this country and they say it's us who hate them. But we're hated for being Ambitious.
