In a workplace ruled by efficiency and competency, where do personal strengths fit in? Using his nearly two decades of experience as a Senior Researcher at Gallup Organization, Marcus Buckingham challenges entrenched preconceptions about achievement to get to the core of what drives success. Addressing more than 250,000 people around the world each year, he touts personals strengths as the key to finding the most effective route to personal achievement and the missing link to the efficiency, competence, and high performance for which companies constantly strive, showing the correlation between engaged employees and business fundamentals such as turnover rates, customer satisfaction, profits and productivity.

Saw this live - it was like a gut punch! SO vivid, so well told and so emotional. May we all be uncomfortable enough to create space for those we love around us every day! Go team Marcus!

The simple fact is your wife thought she was above everyone else and did not have to follow the rules everyone else has to follow. This was not a victimless crime! Your kids suffered. And in addition there was another person’s kid who were denied access to a major life opportunity and education. Sadly buying a kids seat in university is a widespread practice. These are not isolated incidents. The playbook is to use your voice to stop this. You have always been about success thru strengths. Let each child be fairly evaluated and given a equal opportunity to succeed!
