for me, they did not end! Even though they are not as trendy as Blackpink/Little Mix/other girl groups, they became a legacy not just to girls, but also to a boy like me and to every other gender/belief around the world. They are a movement and they always say to get out and shout your feelings and show them your talents without hurting people that surrounds you.

Not as trendy? These women set the trend back in the late 90s whn they were hugely popular. Those girl groups u mentioned, have the Spice Girls to thank for their presence, as the Spice Girls is the mother of all modern girl groups.

They could have a massive comeback if they worked with Biff Stannard, Absolute, Elliot Kennedy, Darkchild, Jam and Lewis, and some newbies like Inital Talk, BillenTed, Max Martin, RedONE and released a 4th album which takes inspiration from ther first 3 albums - to deliver something similar (which sits nicely along with their old back catalogue) but with a slightly maturer contemporary dancable twist. - we still want the silly raps and personality thou, Woman would be a good start if it was rewrote and re-produced into something more iconic as a female anthem of sorts. Love to hear them rework Venus by Bananarama or Respectable by Mel and Kim

@@nataliewilliams1932 and it was a big flop compared to the other two album. by regular standards it was good but not by spice standards, if they released an album one year earlier, and more pop like the 5 leaked songs from 2015- it could’ve sold 10 to 15 million. The album we did get was too much of a departure and alienated the young fan base. Forever would’ve done better if it was released in 2005-2006 it was way too ahead of its time, and if it was released five years later it would’ve done better since the fan base would’ve been older and more mature

I was there on the last day of the tour at wembley paid £241 for my VIP ticket and the concert was amazing! They talked a lot 🤣🤣goofy around a lot and you could see they spent so much money on everything. Starting with all their outfits. Love it 💕

This is just my opinion and I don’t mean to offend as music is subjective so it’s personal thing but the Spice Girls could learn a thing or two from a certain four girls from Korea - yeppp I’m talking the best (IMO) girl group to ever grace the stage - BLACKPINK! When it comes to vocals, likeability, actually being friends, complex choreography, showing fan appreciation, rapping with skill and just being dedicated to their craft, BLACKPINK blow the Spice Girls out the water completely. They’ve basically broken every record the Spice Girls set but don’t get half the praise the (IMO) incredibly average Spice Girls do. Especially when you consider the Spice Girls implosion began before they’d even released Wannabe and once they were in the public eye they lasted around 3/4 years with a 2 year break before their final track. BLACKPINK debuted 7 years ago and have just renewed their contracts for another 7. Again if you like the Spice Girls I mean no offence and appreciate we all have different tastes. I’m just comparing two girl groups and pointing out how much work really does go into K-Pop compared to standard pop and how underrated it is when you compare it to the average British or American pop act. If the Spice Girls mean as much to you as BLACKPINK do to me then that can only be a good thing, so although this may seem that way, it isn’t an intentional attack out of malice, just my opinion on two girl groups and my confusion at how after 7 years BLACKPINK are still underrated, you wouldn’t get away with half hearted performances in Korea. You may not get BLACKPINK’s appeal but those girls are inspirational and took the whole girl group concept to levels no girl group, especially a girl group from South Korea have ever been! Finally keep on loving what love and please don’t hate me on me too bad! 😜

Ok, so I went to their channel and watched/listened to "How You Like That." They are clearly talented and driven. Even though I was never a massive follower of Spice girls when they came out, I LOVE SAY YOU'LL BE THERE, OMG. Anyway, it's just different, these 2 girl groups. Spice Girls have a unique sound, chemistry, and appeal. I can see why people would like BLACKPINK and their more modern sound and moves, but I also can see why people, including me, still want THESPICE. :)

@@fastgurrrl Awesome to meet a fellow biker girl 😉 especially on a comment section about the Spice Girls and Blackpink 😆😛 How you like that is a really good song. I’ve got too many fave Blackpink songs to list, appreciate how you gave them the chance, just goes to show K-Pop and Blackpink are for all ages. The Korean standard Korean idols have to be before the label will debut them is set incredibly high, not to mention they’re all of Korean and Thai descent yet sing and speak English too, in my opinion that deserves credit in its own right. Even though for me Blackpink are untouchable when it comes to talent - I totally respect the spice girls, although their music isn’t my thing I’m grateful they gave the world GIRL POWER - yes, I may think musically they made some questionable choices and it’s sad they never really got along, I’ve watched interviews from the mid 90’s where there butting heads over who gets to do an ad lib….and to be fair it was quite a nasty fight…BUT they paved the way for the modern girl group - and I’ll be forever grateful to them for that, without spice girls we may never have had gotten Blackpink 🖤💗

@@fastgurrrl totally get where you’re coming from there, it’s like even though I’ve never been a spice girls fan, as a musician myself I can see the appeal the spice girls had in their hey day for sure. They definitely left their mark on the music scene and their success was deserved. They managed to break through an industry over saturated by boy bands up until that point, so it very likely if there were no spice girls, we may well never have had Blackpink. I know what Blackpink mean to me is exactly what the spice girls mean to many others and I respect that, music brings us together so whatever artists or groups we admire, so long as they bring happiness to our lives that all that matters 🫶💯

How is it that the Girl Band with the most sold records in all of history, have the least amount of albums, with all original members, or at least the same amount of members they originally had... Like I don't get it. It's weird. Like Spice Girls should have more then 2 albums now, that include Geri, it's been 30 years... Come on Girls, we need a new chart topper. Headlines was soooo good ! We need more. And also TLC.... just add Little Mama to your group already, and release an album with a rapper in it... Like Listen to Little Mama and Left Eye Lopez duet version of Block Party.... Little Mama's rap really aids the song nicely... Just add her to your group... And also love the latest album but had little mama been included, it would have been soooooo much better!

Their latest tour was disappointing the return of the spice girls was a real show. Most of the gigs were not sold out. I was at Bristol and it was half full.
