Radio 1 supported their singles but when It's Gonna Be My Way underperformed, they never playlisted them again, which explains why followup single New Beginning flopped

I immediately fell in love with Drowning in your eyes when I first heard it. I'm so sad that he died so young and tragically. He had an incredible melodic voice and would draw you in with his soothing yet powerful range. It's always the same with the industry. They take children of the Most High Yah, turn them, and then destroy them. May Yeshua have mercy on his soul.

Looking back, Misteeq had a good run. Alesha did the right thing by not reuniting. She made more money than ever doing her presenting jobs on Britain's Got Talent

They were an awesome group. From the songs to the dances there wasn't anyone quite like them other than the Jacksons which I think they patterned themselves after.
