The Spirit Carries On - Simon Mac

This is my rendition of Dream Theater's "The Spirit Carries On".
I lost all the audio recordings when my system crashed. I decided to release this using the audio that came live off the camera as I was filming. The result is a very raw and honest track - I think it works for this.
This song is from a concept album that involves a storyline. I altered some of the lyrics that don't make sense out of context:
Where did we come from?
Why are we here?
Where do we go when we die?
What lies beyond
And what lay before?
Is anything certain in life?

The here and the now

Great cover, Simon. The lighting and thought put into the video are really efffective to support the song. I love that you put it out anyways despite the audio difficulties. It still sounds great
