I used to respect C.D. Brooks when I was young and naive. I still respect him minus the theology of E.G. White- The theology of deception.

You are mistaken, and you are courting the snake of deception by entertaining his lie, that the writings of EGW collectively, is the "Theology of deception. " That is a specimen of the same pride found in the heart of Lucifer. Be careful. Make haste to cut this leprosy out of your heart before it cleaves to you as it did Lucifer, now Satan and the Devil. For anything that seeks to magnify or exhalt itself above the truth and knowledge of God shall be brought down, like Lucifer, falling from heaven with lightening speed. He can never get back to God's heaven. May God save you from the Devil. May God save me from the wicked one. May God save us all from sin.
