100% demonic, I'm sorry but if I get sexually assaulted in my sleep, open my eyes and there is a dead old man looking demon starring into my eyes or a young boy tapping metal together in my room and walking and sitting on the end of my bed laughing at me. I don't think oh, thank you universe. Granted it is something to do with the environment I live in that has enhanced my mind to reality. But its definitely not something good necessarily. I don't care about, I have a laugh in sleep paralysis now just thinking how bizarre it all is. I think 'spiritual' people are still somewhat still half blind. Even then I still haven't really got a bloody clue what it's all about truly. I just know it is definitely somewhat of an attack at a time when you are vulnerable, simple as that. Yes,this has happened to me. It is scary. My first episode occurred when i was 16. I was so scared,I thought of ArchAngel Michael and he saved me. I had to think of him,as i couldn't speak or move. I am more prepared now...

Sleep paralysis has been with me for a very very long time, years. Me I just go with the flow and enjoy every experience only thing is I have to come back down to this 3D at some stage.I would prefer to spend my time above and beyond so I stay until the dreaming comes. The comprehension of this to many is unbelievable but believe me it’s reality and it’s amazing. I don’t fight it and come back naturally, maybe it’s because I have no fear or illusion of thy true self and the powers within. Hi , This has happened to me about 3 times very scary ! I felt like I was awake but asleep couldn't move my body , I felt like something heavy was on my chest , it felt like I couldn't breath , I thought I was going to die ! I forced myself with all my willpower to sit up on the bed and then it went away ! Thanks be to God !🙏💖🙏

This is what I was looking for. Because according to me my experiences of sleep paralysis were always whenever I am into spirituality. I have this experience of me getting out of the body, only because of the fear that I will not be back to the body again, I ask my brain to call back my consciousness into the body. But I would really like to let my consciousness come out and see where it takes.

I use to have sleep paralysis, I pray to God every night! Dont have them any more , at one point i could feel it coming on starting at my feet 🦶 . My sprite called on God and he would wake me up , then I started being able to wake myself up when I feel it at my feet

Before the fire in my room while in paralysis, I would take shrooms and have powerful trips once a month and was doing yoga and crystals and i believe that’s when things started going south after that so many bad things started to happen it was insane. I almost died on July 13th from a demonic attack and I was sweating like a pig and I repented for the first time in my life and I had a very very powerful encounter with god and was delivered of a demon.

Before being saved, I use to try and astreal project which also allows demons to enter you and during those times I fell into paralysis and was looking in the astral plane while laying on my side and my whole room was in flames and I was in fear for 10 minutes.

I felt two HUGE GIGANTIC hand shots lift me up . I was hovering over the room i was sleeping in. I was being pulled and tossed around as if someone was playing with me . I didn't have to breathe the way we do in reality . It was as if I could breath with no oxygen . I eventually was laid back down and my body from head to toe to mouth and teeth were all being observed and looked at and examined. I eventually woke up after fighting for so long .

I v had a lot of expériences with sleep paralysis and l tell you its that you are making contact with the spirit realms. It can be a contact with positive positive sides of spirit and the negative. i used to vibrate and be able to leave my body during sleep paralysis now it’s gotten to a point where instead now i am being assaulted and seeing things that nightmares are made of. i can get sleep paralysis up to 3-4 times a night some nights. i’m researching it now because last night was a nightmare. im 25 and this has been happening since i was 13. the first time i got it was terrifying. my closet door swung open by itself during the dream and i was unable to move. i felt the wind from the door and everything and even heard the tv playing the harry potter movie i was watching. it went away for years after but came back again around 17 or so and it didn’t happen regularly. now in my 20s it has been happening pretty frequently and i wouldn’t wish it on anyone. what used to be something i looked forward to (leaving my body and entering a lucid dream state) has changed to waking up with a witch on my chest laughing at me hysterically or being sexually assaulted against my will (im a man this is so dehumanizing). i want it to stop fr.

This has been happening every night for the past 3 months. It started about 8 months ago, spread out, I've also had it previously but not as often as I have now. I know it's connected to astral traveling, but the fear of something else around me or what I'm hearing while it's happening is frightening. I guess it's time to face those fears and start flying. It's funny because I taught my niece how to make paper airplanes today. The signs are undeniable. I pray that anyone who struggles with sleep paralysis finds a way through it.

Hi, why did i search this on youtube it's because, this one is very phenomenon to me, like i have been encounter sleep paralysis mso many before, but this one is very strange, so during my sleep paralysis this midnight instead of hallucination that i cant move, because i know it already what happen when i was sleep paralysis but instead of there's someone talking to me at my left of my ear he's sounds very creepy like that u can feel fear. So he was talking at me but i didn't listen instead i am calling God the creator and his son jesus repeatedly, and saying ur not the god nor jesus christ but the last word that he's said to me is this word "speak to me" and then he left now and then after i was freely awake. and the only word i only remeber what he's said is the "speak to me." So that's i came to this channel what is sleep paralysis truth about... and thanks to this KZbin channel. so Whether i encountered that again i will try to talk and have a little conversation cause I'm curious about this time unlike before. Honestly I'm not afraid of being in sleep paralysis. But this one was so creepy... and i want to investigate more

Well, I am sure I'm not exaggerating and every time it happens to me, starts as if I awakened at the exact same place and position I fell asleep, but something feels off. After a moment, if I don't get up, a shadow figure really opens the door of the place I'm in, and intends to approach. When I do stand up and think nothing's wrong, I get out of the room, go get something (like a glass of water or something else) and when I try to get back, everything distorts and the whole scene starts moving or deforming itself to impede my return. Some say this is about an entity sent to me by someone's command or on its own, to steal my energy, and manipulating me to act a certain way beneficial to them. Not like being possessed. I don't know what to believe, but this happens really often to me, and at least once at every place I'm staying to sleep that day.

if you are intuitive in anyway you can tell the difference between bad or good energy. something that causes me to gasp for air and sits on me with 200lbs of pressure and molestes body parts and punches me is obviously going to confirm to me that it's not of the light. I have had episodes where "it" "they" are picking up my hand and dropping it, or picking up my ankles and swinging my legs side to side. those episodes were less threatening. possible could have been a playful spirit. however I have had more violent and assaulting encounters with this than good ones.

lmaoooo 😂 a misunderstood guide? whoever came up with this conclusion has not had sleep paralysis. sorry my guides are not jumping on top of me causing me pain cutting off my air. they even used my sons voice to laugh at me in my ear. but my son was in another city. guides don't touch your privates either. if this is something good how come everytime I'm able to free my mouth and call on God and Jesus it suddenly abruptly stops? the life skill sleep paralysis has given me is the everyday mundane problems we all have I'm life like work, family drama, money, etc. those are nothing compared to having to battle dark entities when you go to sleep. After that I had paralysis from really demented messed up jacked up dreams for about 3 months but slowly beat them with the Holy Spirit. Believe me if you think paralysis is good and astral projection is good… well GG you just fell right into the devils arms 👎🏻 and most likely you are worshipping a false god. My whole life changed and now I don’t sin and I don’t lust and I killed the flesh and demons are scared of me cause I have Jesus on my team.
