Thank you Nero 🙏 Your attention is a precious resource and there is a war to gain control over it. If you are having trouble moving out of a certain reality conditon, your old frequency is what is keeping you stuck. Your old frequency wants to keep you in the old frequency/ conditons because when you focus on those conditions and react emotionally, it gets the energy it needs to stay alive. Your attention is the first step to reality creation. Attention is alignment. Attention and what you react emotionally to is what keeps that aspect alive and sustains it. Attention is also greater than intention or any technique you are doing. If you are practising different techniques but they are not impacting your internal beliefs/perspectives and what you are focusing your attention on consistently, then they won't work. Attention/focus--> vibration--> frequency--> reality Focus is a concentration of energy When you are presented with an unwanted circumstance there is a hidden gem in it if you can get past your default reaction (ie the way you react and the beliefs/perspectives that you typically hold about it-- is what is keeping you stuck in the old frequency) If you can instead focus on reframing it to what is aligned with what you want (Nero's example of how he reframed the tax fee) or focus on what is desired in your situation, you can begin to alchemize it (hermetic law of neutralization) You are the most meaningful person in your reality, everyone including the universe, reacts to you and what you are embodying and focusing on The universe is an impartial energy. Like the menu example--what you are pointing to for the waiter is exactly how it works --what you are pointing to with your attention and reaction is what you are commanding to be sustained in your reality.

Buying his 158 pounds awful course (2/10), made me realise Nero wanted to give me a self frustrating and agry situation, so i can excercise focusing on the good side of the sotuation. You may ask what is the good part? I payed that amount of money so i can support Nero in giving everyone this 10/10 free information. His videos are super helpfull and i love them. I'm no longer frustrated, i'm happy i'm a pillar that donates towards a better informed comunity ❤❤❤❤

@ i bought the money manifestation manual and there are like 8 modules. It was probably made a very long time ago .In the first 6 he says very broad concepts.And in the last 2 he told us some OK ideas but not very helpful either. The whole course is some powerpoints with no video, seems very low effort and half-as6ed. All the information is present in his old videos you don't need to buy the course. I watched all his videos at least twice and there is no new concepts. Pls like my comment if i helped you so other people can see it too

ADHD is also a physical condition. I wasn’t even aware of it for 40 years. I didn’t even know its name. But for 40 years, I showed all the symptoms. For 40 years, I was too inattentive to realize I had an issue with attention. Once I was diagnosed and understand that it is not only a mental problem but also physical, everything changed. In a positive way.
