Actually you’re filming with a Fullframe lense on a S35 Camera, which means you multiply your focal length x 1,6!

Hey there - Signature Lenses are designed to work just as well with Super 35 cameras as they are with large format cameras, and we've designed the LPL mount to be the new standard mount across those formats as well as the ALEXA 65. It sounds like you're aware of the effect that sensor size can play on field of view, but for the sake of others reading through the comments: On the ALEXA 35, Signature Lenses provide exactly the same field of view as any other lens of the same focal length, the sensor format that they are designed to cover has no effect. Simply, some lenses are able to be used on larger sensors than others, and it is the larger image circle of the lens when captured by a larger sensor that provides the wider field of view. A 40 mm Signature Prime will achieve the same field of view on an ALEXA 35 as a 40 mm Master Prime, for example. The ratio to use when converting between equivalent focal lengths used with Open Gate formats on ALEXA 35 and ALEXA Mini LF is 1.44x. A 32mm Signature Prime on an ALEXA 35 will have approximately the same field of view as a 47mm on ALEXA Mini LF.

The word ”cinematographer” is really being thrown around these days…
