a few days ago i watched this girl try some new stunts and her spotter accidentally blocked her from grabbing (he didn't know what she was doing because she was being creative or whatever and he thought she was going to get hurt) and she started yelling at him and he used to be my spotter (i sadly stopped doing gymnastics for a while but i'm trying to start again) and he's honestly a total sweetheart! he was trying to apologize as she was literally screaming at him over it and it made me so angry, remember people appreciate your spotter!

As a reminder to not get mad at your spotters, if you’re about to grab it and then they move the pad instead of letting you grab the pole because it’s just an instinct that they have, do not get mad, remember, if they didn’t look out for you that much, then you’d probably be in the hospital Edit: maybe get somebody who actually has at least half-decent comprehension skills to translate if you are so bad at comprehension that you can’t understand what I said

I absolutely love how you show the work and all the attempts that didn't hit correctly. Being willing to push though that is why you have achieved so much and reached the levels and heights you have. It is one of, if not thee number 1 necessary skill needed for those who strive for greatness and/or excellence. To many folks just show the end product and kids don't realize how many times you have to fall to master the things we do in this life.
