The heists alone would make an hour long video on their crimes. Pimento on his rap sheet also has drug use (which Holt even procured for him and watched him take it). Kevin and Rosa also done for impersonating an officer when rescuing Holt and Jake from O'Sullivans (which they were there by impersonating utility workers to steal and break into his laptop). Jake, Rosa, Holt, and Pimento leaving the 99 likely brought down crime a lot in Brooklyn.

They charged her with the wrong crime. Possession of a flamethrower is legal in every state except Maryland and California, where it is a restricted weapon. The correct one would be assault with a deadly weapon. The penalty would depend on the amount of damage the victim suffered. If he is mostly unharmed, she would probably be looking at a max of 4 years. She also could definitely be sued by the victim. She may also face charges of reckless endangerment of the public due to her swinging that flamethrower around. That carries a max of 7 years.
