This topic has always been a concern of mine. I'm sure I am intermittently pressing when I perform. Is intermittent pressing okay Victoria? For example Marvin Gaye's Sexual Healing? Those G4 Babys...? Seems almost a requisite to lean in on those.

If small enough, they can be cured with vocal rest, but otherwise, they can require surgery. The most important thing afterward is to retrain with healthy technique.
