I agree, it would have been nice if the XC had some other unique parts, but it still seems to be a great pistol.

I completely agree they should offer a "premium" metal grip with an aggressive texture and a flat face metal trigger for the 4300 price.

Super excited I Have a completely redone inside and out XC that will be here next week. I had to order A extreme lightweight titanium Ignition To get the splits im after. It has the E2 grip and Infinity trigger. It should do splits like a open division platform repeatedly with Little effort. I wish we lived closer so we could review stuff.

Look foward to the review none the less

Didn’t know the infinity trigger was already available for staccato. I was thinking of getting their ignition kit as well. Which ignition kit did you go with. I’m interested in improving my xc as much as possible even though I already love it. Want to make it as close to an atlas as possible without selling it and getting an atlas
@photosplusbypeter68772 жыл бұрын
@jvz1448 A titanium low mass Ignition system will actually make it a lot lighter and trickier to tune then what comes stock from Atlas. No one makes a full titanium Ignition you have to source it all. The only reason anyone would go with this Ignition system is to stay under 2 pounds on a open race gun. Which most people make you sign a waver Because when you get into a trigger that light you will start to have hammered follow and other issues.
@jvz14482 жыл бұрын
@@photosplusbypeter6877 gotcha thanks. Maybe I’ll just get the infinity trigger, atlas safeties, and a metal grip from either Cheely or Phoenix Trinity.

@@jvz1448 The EGW Ignition system is awesome on it also. That's the best duty/racing mission but I'm getting something that's a little bit lighter for open.

Now you have to use your icurus contact and get them to make an aluminum staccato/ 2011 grip. Keep up with the great content.

Spoke to a rep at one of their largest dealers a couple of weeks ago regarding the junk plastic triggers and the fact I can never get a straight answer out of staccato as to when they will put a metal trigger in the XC, and this is cut and pasted from the email he sent me... "That is a question we have been asking the GM of Staccato and our Rep for the past year. Nobody will give us an answer. They claim they don’t even know. Sorry." Come on, Staccato, we expect better from you guys.

How hard is it to pin those grip safeties so that they are always engaged. I just on enjoy the grip safeties personally and haven't torn it apart to look.

What magwell was on the staccato with the blue tigger? It was a gloss black magwell on the scaled grip module. I’m trying to figure out what magwell I want & also can mount to my 4.25” Prodigy. I already ordered that nice black atlas gas pedal. Gotta get the trigger and Shielded safety’s but I’d like the safety’s to be black & not MIM. Skip I appreciate it & keep up the great work with the videos 🤙 also maybe a video on how to pin the grip safety & how it all works to do so 🤷♂ something I’m considering doing to my prodigy.

Bugattis are 3-5 million dollars PLUS taxes. You get the same nobs in there as in a $35,000 golf. The price is from tighter internals and that monolithic barrel
@SkipsGunz2 жыл бұрын
It’s the same internals and the barrel isn’t that much more honestly
@vrcmf31722 жыл бұрын
@@SkipsGunz I don’t know. I heard making a single piece like this is EXPENSIVE. I know nighthawk doesn’t make a monolithic embedded comp barrel. They add it.

Think about it is it 2k extra expensive? Cause a program in a cnc machine isn’t
@vrcmf31722 жыл бұрын
@@SkipsGunz well I don’t have experience with producing gun parts. But I do have experience producing parts for cars. Many parts ESPECIALLY single piece monolithic parts are VERY hard to make. Many times you’ll make 3,4 bad pieces before you have something that makes the cut in terms of quality. I wonder how much material/pieces they go through before they have a viable barrel/Comp On their hands. All of that loss will be transferred over into the price.

I have changed all my Staccato/STI changed to Cheely grips. Better grip and a little more weight makes for fantastic recoil mitigation. I dont buy them polymer story. It’s cheaper than steel or aluminum.
