Love the flashback when they mentioned losing the sword. Really wish the two of them would save the world again, the Lewis and Ben turn based strategy dynamic is a good one: Ben's cautious/thoughtful strats balanced out Lewis' insane hail mary suggestions, but inversely sometimes Ben just needed that Lewis kick when the cautious approach wasn't working.

I love how after one or two deaths Lewis is always like "We have to abandon" despite having seen Ben and the troops pull victory out of the jaws of defeat multiple times. Then again they've also probably pulled defeat out of the jaws of victory just as many times.

the heartgrip staff and John Marzden were amazing and came at the perfect time in this game. I think if I remember correctly too he just donated the one time and never came back to the stream but was the most important guy they ended up having

I'd love to see their progression through the High Ex strategy. I LOVED the end-turns that consisted of a few seconds of aliens screaming in death after like 6 simultaneous explosions. I loved this series so much, i'm glad to see it again and remember the hilarity.

It was nuts how many terror missions were just stepping out of the skyranger and glassing the town. Especially in Terror from the Deep once they got the bigger hi-ex and the more deadly enemies

The mod creator has changed the pack a lot since save the world. And not all of the changes were for the better

@@garr_inc true. but i hate the mechanic where all your guys panic after turn 10. turn 2 if you try to do an early ufo site. because "readyness" or whatever its called.

@@WizardBrandon Early on that's balancing early access to cool equipment. Later on it's very easy to mitigate. Especially if you bring your pills that restore freshness. I don't remember what it's called in Files anymore, I play Piratez.
