You can actually replay it! If you go to the Boss’s executive bathroom, there’s these photos on the mirror, and if you click on the memory zone one, it will take you back there!

What's crazy about this is that, even when the roof collapses and the narrator is silent, he's still there and conscious, his mind is just so twisted and broken by the endless wait that he lost any ability to do anything
Also apparently in the 10th skip, you can hear The Narrator calling out to Stanley. But you can barely hear it so you’d have to hear very closely or turn up the volume.

Actually, in some of the eerie noises, you could hear the narrator yelling "Help! Stanley?" Or "Stanley? Stanley! Where are you?"

In most games the big terror is just a monster. Where it came from or how it came to be is not particularly relevant. The point is it's there, tangible and defeatable. The games will let you know it's strengths and weaknesses. But the biggest baddest terror of them all is time. It will get all of us eventually, and it cannot be stopped, reasoned with or destroyed. All any of us can do is to live with it and make it worthwile because the last thing anyone wants to feel when the time comes is regret. The scope of time is literally incomprehensible. We can put dates and a timeline to many things that have happened while we've been here, but everything beyond that is guess work. Based on scientific data and logic sure, but there's only so much we can extrapolate from our knowledge of the universe. What was there before the big bang? What happens when the last black hole dies out? We simply don't know, and none of us will be there to document it. Hell, we haven't even entirely mapped our own ocean floor. Scarier than any monster you can just shoot in the face and laugh at.

What gives us a small hint is that, the fire alarm was going off, without there being a fire. As I learned from another comment is that this can happen after the tiny amounts Radioactive material almost completely decay. Which takes hundreds of years. And with what we know, it's likely stanly was in there for an eon or longer.
@lubbster Жыл бұрын
id guess millions of years. it was so long that not only did plants start growing and the smoke alarm went off, but by the looks of things i assume humanity suffered a natural destruction. thats a big leap but there was zero sign of any human life anywhere in that desert sequence except stanley. and with the drastic jumps in time, its safe to say that they only got longer, and longer, and longer.

But how to do this the second time? After the new content door, the ride simply brings us "Stanley Parable 2" chamber.
