I have personally witnessed corruption in the administration of both civil and criminal procedure , the first occasion as high as Lords Justice Thorpe and Clarke , the second the CPS AND both the representing prosecution counsel De Cruz and government officials and the defence barrister and the judge , Recorder Eyre recommending a guilty verdict on the grounds , and I quote " What other crimes has the defendant committed and has escaped prosecution? ", when the original case had not been proved .

I work in the criminal justice system and none of this surprises me. I can’t count the number of cases I saw where people were pressured into pleading guilty to things they hadn’t done, or where the facts of the case had been skewed so badly that the police and/or the CPS were just racking up their conviction stats. The system seems primarily intent on meeting targets and defending its reputation, not on dispensing justice. Most people think the criminal justice system works, yet if they knew even 10% of what really goes on there would be such an outcry that it would collapse. We need to wake up in this country.

As our new Prime Minister we have a totally corrupt, self centred individual. Graham, This 21 days to appeal is interesting, my son has just come up against this in the family court. In the case in the family court regarding my son, he told them he wanted to appeal, to appeal you need a copy of the Order signed by the judge, in my sons case my son was never sent a copy, also the judge never signed the Order, he also went on holiday till after the 21 days my son had to lodge his appeal. Courts have become so corrupt, it’s beyond belief. People beware of the 21 days you have to appeal, they do everything in their power to make it difficult for you to appeal….the judge in this case is District Judge O’Neill!……….Graham, why don’t you contact Russel Brand, or Redacted, both platforms have large platforms which could get your story out there!

Sad that anyone could believe that fool, but Britain is in such a state, with rampant corruption, huge inequality, failing infrastructure, with no political will to address this, that Farage seems like a viable option
