1. Familiar place - look for a familiar, comfortable environment to work 2. Lighting - find good lighting 3. One thing - focus on one thing 4. Will - have the will to find the state of flow

It’s 01:07AM, and I’m in a state of flow. I create flow around this time because these are my prayer hours. It’s also time to nourish my mind which is why I’m on this podcast. To add to what Mr. VT is saying, creating flow needs an element of discipline but make it fun so that it becomes your lifestyle. It’s not a chore or something that fits your schedule 😌🙏 it’s the most beneficial thing you can do for yourself and those around you. Imagine how much fruitful our relationships would be, if we just maintained flow while we’re with those who matter... even those who matter less, would feel like the most important part of your life if you gave them flow, in that moment. 😊 Love this.

Hey VT, I would like to refer you to the work of Seth Godin on FLOW, especially in his latest book The Practice- Shipping Creative Work. His basic argument is that "flow is a symptom of the work we are doing and not the cause of it." He further says that when we do the work that we have to do and commit to it, whether we feel like or not... then without warning, FLOW arrives. Put differently, FLOW will most often find you along the way as long as you commit to the craft and start the journey! Writers block? That's a myth...just start writing, put pen to paper (or start typing!)... the initially struggle to get the right words will eventually get into a rhythm ---a flow! Key thing here is that flow will not always be there at the beginning, it will come because you started the journey. Finally, he argues that for you to get flow regularly... don't "do what you love" (that's for amateurs!) instead train yourself to "love what you do"(for professionals)!

Well put. Let me dig into the work of Seth Godin this week i’ll task myself on understanding flow. I love that last quote” don’t do what you love that’s for ammetures instead to train yoursel to love what you do”

It's amazing you talking about this, on the 25th of November I had a positive social impact event, had a pennel and audience 100% youth... When we started the audience was not engaging, however as time went that's when they got into an uninterrupted state of flow. I ended up not taking certain Questions and comments because of time

I wonder if the moment you psychologically shift into the subconscious mind, you in the zone of flow because all the concentration in the state of calm and resolute is stupendous. FLOW (sigh) the state of new creations being tapped from the left hemisphere. That was enlightening 😀
