I can easily explain the Bee/Barr contradiction (I only named bee first to not make it read "Barbie"): 1 - They were fired/not fired by a company, not trialed and sentenced or declared not guilty by a court of law. 2 - A company can hire/fire anyone, as long as it doesn't violate any contractual obligations. 2a - What Barr/ABC negotiated is far beyond my knowledge/interest, but as long as there was no "don't post racial slurs on social-media clause", Mrs. Barr was probably compensated, but again, no clue. 3 - A business could in theory hire the most despicable person, to replace the most beloved person, but most likely they will just do whatever is most opportune. 4 - Barr was at Abc (= Disney), Bee was at TBS (=Warner) so even if it seems like differing punishment for the same incident, they are actually completely seperate events. So in conclusion it might be unfair, but it is not unjust, since it was not a matter of justice.Although I would consider it pretty understandable that a media company(that lives of publicity) would want to get rid of someone(representing them) who publicly calls an african american woman a monkey.

This is so on point and yet I think that discourse devolves frequently on both sides conservative and liberals, I wish people would try to stick with facts, stay civil, stop stereotyping, stop assuming they know other individuals, stop name-calling, stop being negative, and actually be tolerant. I realized though studying Carl Jung, and Neitzsch that not everyone realizes there unconscious, their own dark nature. If people recognized it they wouldn’t have so much time on their hands to be judging others.

Absolutely! Neither side is 100% good or bad. Both make mistakes, wrongdoings etc. They are so caught up in everything that they're too focused on criticising the opposing side rather than taking an honest look at themselves. If people really want to step up and make a difference, they should try and be better. They should be critical of all things and take a stand in the middle.

btm56841 I agree 100% either older democrats where I live in NJ who are blue collar, or Vets who are classical libs, who hate rich republicans, have been taught lies like trickle down economics, which is actually supply side and has caused the technological boom, and increased overall quality of life as a society, but they see it as the rich get richer and poor get poorer. Then you have younger people college age who are the identity leftists who are almost impossible to talk to. The older ones are so mesmerized by CNN or MSNBC and so forgiving of the bad journalism. Lots of cognitive dissonance or confirmation bias there. It’s gross how they stick together on Facebook, and un friend every conservative voice, so it always seems to appear that liberals are the majority, that they are woke, compassionate, and that they are a team. They would rather silence any conservative ideas and people, even family or friends, rather than have a civil discourse. I think Jordan Peterson is still very liberal, I’m still very liberal and progressive, I don’t want to get involved in other countries unrest/wars, and socially for gay marriage/rights, against corporate welfare, for social welfare programs (with stipulations). But I’m on the right when compared to leftist ideologues. New Jersey passed a law to teach about homosexual history, which I would be okay with but I can already see where it will be a slippery slope. What I don’t want is gay pride in schools. We’ve already lost academic standards for achievement and allowing gay pride is a free for all free love/sexual movement, I’ve seen enough. These lefties want to save the Earth with the green new deal, AOC is right about one thing we need technology that hasn’t been invented yet, all this talk of gender studies won’t save the Earth anytime soon. I despise being told I’m antiscience, sorry conservatives don’t want to throw tax money at every issue and think the government knows what to do! Ugh lol So yes agree 100%.

This video is underrated, but sadly power = attention. Nowadays it seems like the loudness, aggressiveness and tone of the speaker, as a sort of demonstration of 'bravery', are regarded as more important indicators of decency, quality and righteousness (and therefore power) than the quality of the reasoning and logic, the respectful, civilized expression of criticism, considering different points of view.What many people don't realise it that wanting to fight for good or believing to be benevolent and in pursuit of good doesn't justify using morally wrong methods. The ends does not usually justify the means (except for maybe killing Hitler or something?), especially when the ends don't actually end up helping. If you fight fire with fire then you only make the fire more powerful!

I think the gridlock of the two party state gives birth to this type of disrepectfull behaviour instead of speaking policy and building nuanced plans for the future, which should be the goal of politics.. instead america have black and white solution for alot of difficult intriquete problems.. The united states need to reform the electorate system!

The music for this video is "Thames does Flow" by Wordclock. I usually put the songs in the description underneath my sources. Wordclock is my favorite ambient artist. I would highly recommend their album "Heralds" if you are looking for similar sounds.

Samantha B. V Rosanne. Ok, let's look at it. One person questioned Trump's immigration practices but was respectful. She even called Ivanka's child beautiful. This was done for POLITICAL GAIN, even if the forum or political gain she wanted was inappropriate. The other threw racial slurs. This was done in the name of disrespect. This was pure "incivility", as you say yourself. No way around that.

How can you have this conversation without talking about the source at the top? This has been a growing problem across the political spectrum, and Trump has taken it to a level never seen before. He has single handedly caused the huge surge in lack of civility by his own lack of character. He is a horrible human being and we all know it, he pretends to be a republican and they all fall for it. And to call oneself a Christian and abide by his behavior is mind-boggling. This is a popularity contest to him.
@artscraftsantiquity2185

Bill Soular Lack of civility by whom? Trump supporters? I don’t know what media you watch but from where I stand Trump supporters can’t leave the house with a red maga cap or put a sticker on their car without fear of bodily harm. The reason you did not see people literally screaming crying about Obama winning a second term (I voted for him the first time and saw he was no different then any past president who lied and said he was going to help people and not just help corporations), people did not like Obama but first understand how the government works, and began thinking of ways to get more conservatism back into government. Conservative voices were not given a platform, except Fox new, and even then you were a Pariah (racist, etc) for having the slightest objection or question about democrats and their politics. Many conservatives are simply done caring about leftist liberals feelings of how they are oppressed by white rich men. We don’t hate white rich men, we don’t hate blacks, we don’t hate gays, we don’t hate anyone or any group. But we are the most hated group in America by the very same people, such as yourself who are compassionate and caring about the poor and oppressed. It’s funny that you judge all Trump supporters for not judging Trump more harshly that what he paid off a woman in a disclosure agreement, that he allegedly had questionable business practices and he said grab em by the pussy?! The sex stuff is attributable to him being rich and women trying to get at the money, the questionable scamming business stuff is obviously not good or something you want a leader to have in his past. But like all politicians and business people they do shady shit, I would rather someone who is tenacious, driven and unafraid be my leader than someone who panders to every individual making false promises that divide the country even more. Trump has been a great president for black Americans, he’s standing up against homosexuals being murdered in Iran. He’s trying to secure the borders to decrease drugs and human trafficking. It’s being proven there was no collusion, and it looks like the democrats/DNC needed to cover their butts for wire-taping his campaign based on evidence they bought from a Russian agent. Is it because you watch CNN and MSNBC and not independent media that you don’t have a clue about why people support Trump?

And actually most people liberals and conservatives would tell you that HRC not Trump took the corruption of politics to the next level. If you don’t like the way he speaks, that he insults his opponents I can understand that, he’s not everyone’s cup of tea. Some people find it funny and enjoy his insults for what they are which is comedy. There has been no lack of people trying to make jokes about him.

Arts&Crafts Antiquity comedy is not effective policy, in fact this “outrageous Political Discourse” discussed in this video has nothing to do with demonizing but are reactions to this “style” and lack of reform on important issues that the American people need.

When you try and push your beliefs and agenda on me in the public forum such as award shows/paid advertisements and you NIKE . I'm no longer your fan , your consumer, you are dead to me. I am one of people in the target demographic with buying power. If you want to keep your money and paying fans, keep your politics and religion to your self. The main idea of the video regards the hypocrisy of our current political state. In summary, everyone seems to hate the “incivility” in political both on a local and national scale. Most people however, are complicit in this in civility by reinforcing the rhetoric of those who do just that. In other words, everyone loves to complain about the issue of incivility but fails to recognize their own role in its rise.
