Quo ended for me in 1981, so "The Oriental" although I've heard it a few times I don't know it. But there is a definate Quo vibe about this. I think the song itself wouldn't suit Quo, but you improved the original in my book. Well worth my time and you've not wasted yours either.

Maybe not the stereotypical mid-late 70s Quo sound, but most definitely sounds 90's Quo. Of course, there are those who will swear that anything after '81 "isn't Quo"!!

This has the Oriental written over it 😄 Love that you're doing this. Was maybe planning on doing it myself on some pop songs, but now I don't have to anymore 😁 Would get more Quo-y if you get that Rossi style of playing down and tighten up the rhythm a bit. (Quo fans are too critical and oftentimes assholes, so sorry 😅 we're just too passionate about defending our little old band) Nice work man 👍
