😂 I hear you man! For the BMX purists, this might work! I can totally see where you are coming from on the whole e-bike thing. Wish we'd see more kids without e-bikes for better exercise but on the flip side, if an e-bike can get a kid off his phone, I'm all for it. For us older dudes, we might need one as we get older! That's the nicest E-bike I've seen so far. It actually looks like a real BMX bike. Even the bars have a nice, tall rise to them. It would look sweet with some purple accents like Seat post clamp, chain ring and stem bolts, pedals, chain and of course, Deez Nutz or Evil Alloy goodies.🤩 We'd all love to hear how it rides, wheelies, and jumps. I like how both the frame and forks give you the option of all three types of braking systems. I'm sure Kevin is gonna love that seat. 🤗Mmm COMPHY ! Is the light on the back of the battery an actual brake light, or does it tell you how much charge is in the battery? The battery almost looks like you're just sporting a small tube and tool pouch under the seat. If you could commute to work on that it would save you so much $$$$ that it would pay for itself in a year! 🤙

That light in the back is just a bike light for night riding. It doesn’t light up when braking. Yeah you could totally trick this out with some colored parts but man, I am really digging this all black colorway! It’s giving me some ideas!! Thanks for watching another one!! 🤙🏼

MPH goes by sensor on rear wheel & frame. You can change front sproket to any size u want. It won't change any electronic settings.

I did! The next day before I took it on a ride I removed the stem bolts and got the bars turned around better so the cable wasn’t twisted like that. In the ride video coming out you’ll see it fixed. 😂 Good eye and thanks for watching!! 🤙🏼

When you sit on it you can’t really tell. Yeah it’s a little wide and different but I think it hides the battery well. When we go out on a ride and film it, you can then check it out and see what you think. Thanks for the comment and for watching!!

Ohhh that is a cool BMX e-bike ...really true to the BMX geometry and as far as price is concerned i think 3k is fair,,it looks very well designed and made and i would have no qualms spending 3k for one of these... perfect bike for us BMX old timers as we grow older and cant zip around like we used too when we were 15..

Bike looks killer! Buy a freewheel rear tuff wheel and thread on the disc brake conversion on the freewheel thread. Then you'll have a tuff disc front wheel.

The Chimera looks like a great bike too. Can't go wrong with a titanium frame and fork! That one is a little more noticeable that it's an e-bike but it still looks pretty rad. It also costs like $4500 though so that's kinda tough to swallow. But if you can pay $3K for the Evolve you can probably pay $4500 for the Chimera. All depends on what you are looking for. Soon as it came out of box… couldn’t believe the Kenda tires. We use those on our eboards, normally 7 inch by 2 inch pneumatics. How’s these guys tho, bringing back mag rims. 😆😎

Thanks for replying to my comments, sweet bike did u mention price? Only thing i would do is put suspension forks from a mountain bike on the front, i know suspension isnt traditional bmx but they are so much more comfortable to ride with suspension forks on the front, but i a have been doing it since the early 2000s.

We mentioned the price at the end but it was a long video so you may have missed it. It's a pricey bike at like $3K so it's not cheap at all. But it's a fantastic bike. I'd love to have some suspension on a commuter e-bike for sure. Thanks for supporting the channel!

Yeah man, it's pricey for sure. One of the more expensive options out there but this might work for someone older who needs the pedal assist but wants that old school feel. After putting it together though and riding it a little, I can say that it is a really nice bike. The disc brakes are great and this thing has the power to get up in speed. The price puts it out of reach for some for sure, but for those that can afford it, I think they'll really like it. Appreciate the comment and you watching! 🤙🏻
