Finding leads is definitely challenging and often for agencies it takes spending some money to earn money, but hopefully once you have your initial set of leads you have a lot of referrals coming to your way naturally!

​@@LIGHTWORKDAILY hey Devon, congrats on starting an agency. I personally think cold calling is among the hardest ways to sell, but it's necessary. In my opinion, if you can/are comfortable, I would literally drop into your favourite stores, make an elevator pitch and ask for the business owner's time to make a more formal presentation. That's the easiest way to get new clients. Meantime work on your cold outreach strategy which includes your cold call technique, prospecting approach, drip emails etc.
