He's referring to how most of the modern Progressives talk big about all the stuff they want to do while they're up to be voted in (They want to make healthcare more available, increase income support, raise the minimum wage, improve education funding etc) Yet when they finally win the vote, they suddenly abandon all of their Progressive ideas and go back to being "Centrists", because they only pretend to support popular ideas to get votes.

The bit about SBMM hits me so hard, it's embarrassing being part of communities with such a vocal pushback against it. There isn't even people lying like "oh but I want to play with my less skilled friends" it's always straight up "I used to drop nukes against kids in every lobby with no effort and now I struggle to keep a 1:1 KDA this is bullshit." It's the same mentality as calling people "sweaty." I see it A LOT, especially with some of my friends when we play competitive games. If you do well then the other players are trash/kids/braindead but if you are getting your cheeks clapped they're sweaty/tryhard/neckbeards.

Skins are cosmetic and randomly picked, and the percentage in the pachinko increases the probability to win a prize.(edit: you can also choose only the skins you want in an option menu but the normal thing is to play with every of them)
