I love this pattern, so easy and yet so pretty. It is a bit of a yarn eater but the V-stitch always is. I made a prayer shawl that was 24x64 with a 7mm hook and used 20oz of Caron one pound yarn. I am a tight crocheted so it may take more if you crochet more loosely. Thank you so much. I will use this pattern often♥️

Using the yarn doubled appeals to me. So toasty! Maybe someday you can make a short vid on tips for crocheting with the yarn doubled. You are so knowledgeable!

This stitch is so pretty but what I think is really awesome is its’ versatility. I am thinking about wraps, blankets and scarves as I watch. You are the besr . I ❤️ all your crochet videos and can hardly wait for the next one. Thank you so much.

I make scrap yarn lap blankets with this stitch, using 2 strands and an 8mm hook, they work up fast. I finish off with a v stitch border, followed by a final shell stitch pattern border in sparkly yarn. My knitting and crochet club donates blankets to the local Dementia wards at our local Hospital.

Can you please tell me how many stitches I'd need to chain up on the end since I do a chainless foundation row.
@luwandaartrelle42504 жыл бұрын
I also work the chain less foundation. I was told you do one less than the regular chain.

Do you add any stitches on the sides to finish the edges?
@FiberSpider6 жыл бұрын
Nope, its a clean straight edge. However you could probably do an edging around the piece when you are finished.
@alisongardiner3186 жыл бұрын
Could that become an infinity scarf??
@katemaloney42966 жыл бұрын
I don't see why not. The chain 25 stitch would be wide enough for a scarf. A double strand stitch would be more than warm enough.
