what i love about Ben is he'll get in these insane cars that most of us will never drive at all, let alone quickly, and actually explore them at the limits and really feel how they behave, then articulate that to the rest of us that'll never get to experience it. unlike 99% of supercar videos which just read you some numbers from the brochure and go for a gentle cruise down the highway with the occasional stab of the throttle going "wow its fast".

I still find it funny that as the Stig, Ben was not allowed to speak as part of his character, meanwhile Ben is actually a great presenter. Ah well - Stig was still an important part of TG and managed to make an impact without saying a word.

Disgusted with how they treat the new mechanic and presenter on Drive tribe, poor bloke closes his business, relocated and after only a few months they terminated his contract effectively immediately due to cost cutting apparently. He was the guy with the big afro hair that helped Isy build her racing car.

Sucks, but seems the automotive review and social media business is extremely cut throat. The way these guys are fired or moving from one channel to another is crazy. Chris Harris is a perfect example. How has he not had a fairly permanent position to do what he does? He widely known as one of the best and you can barely find his content.

You can't do 304 and most important the tires, the only way (maybe MAYBE) you can get to that speed is doing a run with Bugatti but it's a long process.

When a car goes that fast you can literally describe it in Mach numbers. 304mph at sea level is Mach 0.4... heading towards half the speed of sound! And exactly half the speed of jet airliners in the stratosphere.
