You know you’ve touched the undercurrent or frequency of love when for no apparent reason you find yourself smiling, or you walk down a noisy street and you feel the unflustered stillness that you are. Very refreshing! It’s good to have you back Alan. 🙏

At first person tries to recall his inner world and trying different types of practices and doings , but he easily forgets inner world when busy in world affairs. Then there comes a time when he will become tired of every practices and doings, .. and his sensitivity start to increase. Then there comes a time when his sensitivity becomes so deep that he does not need to remember his inner world but he will get reminder and messages from everything around him and whatever happening inside of it. Everything drags him inside, and he becomes so deep that he starts to understand the inner language which is soundless and formless . Then there comes a time when he will become stunned, surprised by vast beauty , by unlimited joy vaster than any ocean , stillness deeper than any valley. Then he will see his face in the mirror and will be surprised that he never saw this person before and everything looks utterly new.

The question "Who Am I" is only a temporary form or modification of the answer. The answer has veiled itself temporarily in the form of the question as it seeks itself through the question. Great dance of the consciousness......

There is incredible happiness and joy in validation. There is a feeling of wanting to shout from mountain tops, yes, yes, yes! This discovery wants to share itself despite knowing there is no other. Yet it wants to share its own discovery.. It wants to thank every instrument that has shown itself to itself.. Therefore thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I came across Rupert this weekend and his explanations are on point. Before I was like a cowboy that takes out his gun, figuratively and shoots at the screen because I didn't like the picture...not realizing I am shooting at reality, the screen.

Thanks for your nice comment. My experience is that when we live from our feeling understanding of these teachings, then we effortlessly share them from our hearts rather than using words. 💕

I just love this explanation and wish more teachers would teach that recognizing our true nature, doesn’t necessarily mean we’ll be in ultimate bliss. This would eliminate so much ongoing suffering, frustration and confusion by those on the path.

Stillness is a much valued quality: (Stillness is the way; be still and know, etc.) but something came to mind while listening to Rupert. It seems there is a distinction between awareness and stillness. I am aware of stillness or its absence so it would seem to me that awareness is prior to stillness so why so much emphasis on stillness, and when Jesus or Njsargadata say that "I am is the way'' are they refering to stillness or awareness? Am I confusing Stillness with a still mind? What is the value of stillness then if I am already and always aware? Stillness is the way to what exactly? Anyone?
@alanneachell90923 жыл бұрын
The stillness Rupert is speaking of is the same as the biblical stillness that Jesus spoke of. I understand that there is a 'state' of stillness which is known by awareness as you say, but they are using stillness synonymously with awareness. Stillness is the way just means to keep recognising awareness until it is known as what we are.
@claudelebel493 жыл бұрын
@@alanneachell9092 Thank you Alan. Much appreciated. It came to me this morning that they could just as easily have said that Awareness was the Way but your answer really nails it for me especially as regards the practice. 🙏

I'd like so much to know when this neutral, still and impartial background will finally transform in love and peace, beacuse in my case it looks like I'm stuck already around 5 years in this empty space which doesn't make my life any better, on the contrary it is worse

It has been important for me to look into and experiment using direct experience to see the the natural collapse of the subject/object relationship. Rupert has some nice experiments to achieve this. Check out my compilation called Direct experience via the five senses. The observer stage is important for most of us but as long as there is an apparent gap between observer and observed then unconditional love is not a possibility.
@AndreasPieralli4 жыл бұрын
@@alanneachell9092 Dear Alan, thank you for you answer, what you say is very precise and gets to the point since the position of the observer/observed doesn't dissolve duality but somehow it risks to be just a more sofisticated form of egoic duality. I listened to the compilation of the five senses and I found it very helpful. By the way, you're the one who makes this marvellious compilation??? Thank you very much for that, your work is precious for me!
