Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, and Depression. I'm not a doctor, but that’s exactly why my brother said I should talk about it.

I believe that the good in us is not so different from the bad, one cannot exist without the other. Both are us. It is then up to us which part of us we decide to nourish.

But we want to reject it, distract ourselves from it. I get caught in that all the time! Makes me think of this from Carl Jung: 💡“ONE DOES NOT BECOME ENLIGHTENED BY IMAGINING FIGURES OF LIGHT, BUT BY MAKING THE DARKNESS CONSCIOUS.”

Christ got on better with the ones who were open about their selfishness, and didn't hide it. It was the other type, the hidden type, he didn't take too kindly to. Goodness: there's never a good as a good that one is not aware of being good... A saint is a saint until he knows it. Big hug 😘
