The rumor was Taaz’s manager contract for Teddy would have given her a big percentage of his earnings and that Teddy may have had her killed to get out of the contract and out from under her… I guess we will never know the truth

What is interesting to me is that the person jumped out of the bushes, shot her, didn't shoot JoJo, and then disappeared into thin air. The person was there, close enough for a shot, so he/she would need to run away and exit, no? JoJo did not give chase or at least try to see something. This remains odd for me.

Does any one know whether Taaz had any children and where in Philadelphia was her hair salon located? There used to be a hair & Beauty salon called Taaz Mira located on Board street near the intersection of Germantown Ave and Erie. I wonder if this salon was related to Miss Lang.

She has a son named Israel "Izzy" Lang Jr. She was killed in front of her house on 700 W Allens Ln. She was manager of Teddy Bears Production, a talent agency on 215 S. Broad street back in the day but of course it closed. You can check old newspaper to back up my claims.

I am interested in learning whether the Taaz Mira Hair Salon that was located at Broad Street and Erie Avenue South of Germantown Ave ( in the year 1982) was affiliated with Taaz Lang. There was a Stylist who worked there ( name Kim, I think 🤔) and Kim could pass for Taaz Lang’s daughter or niece.

​@@carmelom269 Yes, the salon was owned by Taaz and Mira's mother Eva Ritter Waters. Above the salon was a Gamble & Huff music rehearsal studio, used by various profomers including the Bluenotes back when Teddy was just the drummer.
