It seems like whenever Sega gave licensing agreements to certain company to produce/distribute the Genesis/Mega Drive it always seems like those companies keep the support of the hardware long past the initial consoles life span. Just take a look at companies like @games and Tec Toy that kept producing variants up till 2009+.

Aside from potentially my transparent Game Boy Pocket I won at a casual smash tournament, I don't think I've ever owned a rare variant of a game system. I usually already own the game system by the time the variant comes out and I'm not the type to double-dip for no reason. This was a super cool video though with some fascinating details to learn about such as the Coca-Cola Kid and Sonic Chaos connection. The Mega Drive 3's magic marker quality so you could detail it with your own art is such a cool idea and super distinct from other console variants.

JVC Wondermega was a SEGA Genesis/CD combo. The SEGA CDX was another Genesis/CD combo unit.

My neighbor had the master system compact at the time. It worked fine, but nowadays in a world with Wifi it should work with a lot of interference

That white sega genesis 2 looks awesome,this is what sega should,ve done nation wide,release the genesis 2 in white color,only bad thing about that brazilian white genesis 2 is it’s hardware issues with certain games and not being compatible with physical copies of genesis games,that’s absolute bullshit😡 Now that dreamcast tv looks AWESOME,thing is,the dreamcast deserves more recognition by the masses then it eventually did😭
