Why are people so focused on immigration as it that’s the issue that President Trump poses? It’s not immigration he’s against, it’s illegal immigration. I hope Preston will respond to the issues people brought up in the comments. Yes people are worth our love! But with the crimes being committed by illegal immigrants it’s VERY IMPORTANT we do this process legally. Also you can’t bring up Jesus immigrating without documents because it wasn’t illegal. If it was at that time, God would have provided a legal way for them to get there, because God wouldn’t tell someone to break a just law. It’s a just law protecting US citizens

Yes, because God is concerned with laws over the wellbeing of his people 🙄. I implore you to get to know an undocumented immigrant, learn his story, and why he came. You may learn some things from him, and maybe him as well. Abandon you’re rational for a moment and immerse yourself in empathy as you learn his life’s journey, as he will do the same. We are not bad people, I promise you. God bless brother.

I implore you to look into immigration with a different lens. It's not just the South American border but overseas as well. Also, legal immigration vs illegal immigration. I know you might not see my immigrant parents as an issue since it relates to your poetry; but what about the Muslim EXTREMIST that would throw me off the roof for having homosexual tendencies. Please approach this issue differently, with a biblical lens rather than the lens of a cultural marxist.
