Finally found HAIM after seeing Alana Haim on the Kelly Clarkson show talking about her role in "Licorice Pizza", and now, I am incredibly hooked and cannot figure out why it took so long to find them! I have binged just about everything I can find on them! Absolutely incredibly talented artists, and cannot wait to dig through as much as I can find on them! Amazing!

Okay so I noticed Papa Haim had a slight accent so I had to do my research and their background is very interesting. According to Google (lol) Papa is Israeli & Haim means "life." I love it ❤

The first time I ever saw Haim was at a festival 4 years ago and no one knew who they were, but I fell in love and never let go. I knew they were going places. Today they are my favorite band.

Fathers would like sons, but it's been like that forever. It's the carrying on the name. Like it or not, that's the way it is. Always have been, it's the way now, and always will be. My older sister wanted a sister, but got me instead and we love each other. That's life. There is no doubt the father has great pride in his daughters. Just as any parent would be happy to see the success of their children. He doesn't love them less.
