After insulting both of us during a time of grief, bragging that he was in fact still alive (because my father, as per my earlier admission, was not) and throwing the first punch at me, I hit him with a wrench I had grabbed from my brother who was previously brandishing _it_ to threaten Linder as I now found _myself_ doing. Well after F9, it's a lot harder to feel sorry for Linder now. Asshole whether or not he was responsible for Jack's death (he didn't know Jack had Jakob rig the car and wasn't sorry about what happened either) was smug, petty and asked for it. Granted I didn't remember this backstory at the time I saw F9, but both the writing here and the edit (separately and together) are great.

@aqeelramathula9717 Жыл бұрын
You could tell how close Dom was to his father and watching him die had to be pretty hard especially after all Dom was his oldest son and the favorite of his children. I mean why do you think he told his younger son not to tell Dom about what he planned to do before the race like wanting his other son to fiddle with his car so he would lose the race on a technicality it's because he knew Dom wouldn't allowed it and didn't want Jakob to tell Dom about him wanting him to lose that race on his behalf he knew if he lost that race he would've done something better so trusting Jakob to help him lose the race was the only way he could finally be with his kids to look after until he eventually retires but i guess it all went wrong when he died without giving his children a future 😔 Dom was really emotional and Jakob well was shocked 😲 he never wanted this happen all he did was try to mess with the vehicle so his dad would lose the car exploding wasn't his fault cause he had no idea that would happen he kept quiet because its what his father wanted so his brother wouldn't find out and disown him guess it was to late for that to huh? Dom was furious didn't know the whole truth and practically never talked about having a brother to anyone not even to his team after his brother got involved with their father dying to not have anything to do with only to have that trust given back when Jakob came back to save his siblings and make amends with his family so Dom would forgive him for causing their fathers death its really heartbreaking. 💔 😔

I dont know who in the development team thought it was a grand idea to have the NASCAR "fly into the air" seemingly easily off of the front bumper of the other car and into the fence is beyond me.... it would have been more realistic of the car had simply just spun out, was Tboned by another car or slid into a patch of grass which THEN caused it to roll and catch fire..... they obviously didnt do homework to watch real NASCAR wreck characteristics.... not to mention that the CGI for the wreck into the fence was just god awful...almost low-budget movie quality
