The story of Mianite [6 year anniversary]

I'm happy I can finally post this video, it took a while to make but it was worth it. I made this video to tell people what Mianite is kinda about. Ofcourse I haven't explained the full story because there are over 200 episodes from different people. I found it really fun to make a video like this so If you guys like it aswel tell me what other subjects I should make these video's about. Mianite has been a huge part of my life and has led to a lot of good things happening in my life so I just wanted to say a final thanks to everybody that worked on Mianite and lets keep these Mianitian isles episodes coming!

Now a days when people think about wars in minecraft they think of Dream's SMP server. But I will always remember Mianite. I probably speak for a lot of people when I say that I grew up watching Mianite. Thank you for making this video! :)

Man that is so true... So many of the newer parts of the MC community tend to refer to the Dream SMP...but us OGs have a special place for Mianite in our hearts till this day..

Ironically, i came here to this video to find out about Mianite and why it was compared to the Dream SMP so much. After finding out about Shadow of Israphel it made sense to find out about this.

Great video man. Honestly, I have never been so happy to see a series come back in some shape or form as Mianite... It's that one series that my heart just couldn't wish more to see more of. We've made such a great community for a storyline full of funny moments, dramatic and more... Mianite is just a masterpiece of a series that really overshadowes the classic minecraft roleplay and the classic minecraft multiplayer survival series...

great video! definitely grew up watching this so it was a lot of nostalgia. Honestly, i hope the kids now that grew up with dream SMP make similar stuff (history rhymes huh?), but anyways well put and brought back a lot of memories although i mainly watched captain sparklez and wagglington, i still remember a lot of other peoples moments, like Sonia's snow man dying or her shifting clicking and accidently making diamond hoes XD Jericho's house getting flooded, learning slabs don't burn when Jordan rebuilt his house, the taint LOL good times :)

I definitely agree with you, I hope maybe someone who watches this gets inspired to do the same but with dream SMP; I was a heavy sparklez watcher to, the taint was insane. I'm never going to forget them screaming ''NVIDIAAA'' in my ears constantly xD

Mianite laid the groundwork for so much Minecraft content. I really hope the younger peeps of today go back and watch it. At the time it was revolutionary. Survival, multiplayer, and adventure maps all combined into one. It truly was a wonderful time to be a kid on the internet. I’ll cherish the memories forever
