Bantus are an indigenous group in Africa that originated from West central Africa. The group migrated to east and south Africa and occupied the majority of those areas. Bantu is a general term for over 400 different ethnic groups in Africa, from Cameroon to South Africa, united by a common language family (the Bantu languages) and in many cases common customs.
The twelve sons form the basis for the twelve tribes of Israel, listed in the order from oldest to youngest are
Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph, and Benjamin. Ten Lost Tribes of Israel, 10 of the original 12 Hebrew tribes, which, under the leadership of Joshua, took possession of Canaan, the Promised Land after the death of Moses. They were named Asher, Dan, Ephraim, Gad, Issachar, Manasseh, Naphtali, Reuben, Simeon, and Zebulun-all sons or grandsons of Jacob.
In 930 BC the 10 tribes formed the independent Kingdom of Israel in the north and the two other tribes, Judah and Benjamin, set up the Kingdom of Judah in the south. Following the conquest of the northern kingdom by the Assyrians in 721 BC, the 10 tribes were gradually assimilated by other peoples and thus disappeared from history.

Far from the truth, actually IAM from Cameroon and the oral history from my tribe BETI ( the lords or God’s people) says that we migrated from Egypt coming from some other place but in Egypt we were just there for a couple of centuries but then with Islamic wars we migrated to North Cameroon where we fought a lot of wars against Islam and we then migrated in the southern part of Cameroon in the forest area.
