Interesting that a "perfect player" is out of contract at 35, and retires at 36. Does FM just not want the Zlatan Ibrahimović's, the Luka Modric's, the Cristiano Ronaldo's, etc. of the world. Forget Stanley Matthews. FM wouldn't know what to do...

I know right, and with such high natural fitness and of coursr his attributes never depreciating you'd think they'd play on into their 40s

for a player to do that he'd need to have the (hidden, even in the pregame editor) trait called "will play football as long as possible" Those players will gladly have careers going well into the 40s if they get the chance

That’s a reasonable age to Retire 35 or 36. It’s only three players that you have mentioned that have really prolonged their careers

@@PyrexPiccaso WOW! Let's see, Lionel Messi is 36, and will play for at least 2-3 more seasons. Thiago Silva is 39, and still starting for Chelsea. Zlatan Ibrahimovic is 42 and is still playing. David Silva hung up his boot at age 37 as an regular player in La Liga. Olivier Giroud is 37 and still a regular at AC Milan, Álvaro Negredo is 38 and still playing regularly in La Liga. Andrés Iniesta is still playing at age 39. James Milner still plays for Brighton at age 37. The list goes on forever regarding older players still active, or past greats playing until age 40 or more. Heck Kazuyoshi Miura is still playing regularly in Portugal at age 55!!. Claudio Pizarro played until age 41. Pietro Vierchowod also played until age 41. Francesco Totti played for Roma till age 40. Teddy Sheringham played until age 42, and is the OLDEST player ever to score in the Premier League. Brazilian great Romario played until age 43. Ryan Giggs and Paolo Maldini both played until age 41. The list goes on and on. And these are just outfield players. If you include GK's, you'll have a long, long lists of GREAT GK's who were still GREAT well into their 40's.

Lol, so we'd have to force them to play by taking over the club I guess. Then who do we be. A strong league challenging team that creates loads of chances has to be the way otherwise they'd never score would they. Interesting idea. I'll definitely give it some thought 👍

I have considered Bayern in Prem to see if Harry Kane can win the prem etc. Also I like the European Vs World 11 idea. Spose we need some subs, then identical formations I guess? But do I make tactical tweaks during the game and subs?

Has to be pre game editor and u set a future transfer, which means they can't transfer before the locked in transfer goes through
