Now i feel proud for being a brazilian. Sad that the Sonic community in Brazil is kinda ignored by Sega, I think it's one of the biggest Sonic fandoms in the world, yet they can't even put brazilian portuguese subtitles in their games (weirdly the mobile games can). I hope one day they realize this.

in Arizona they do a 5K run but for the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball team it is run to beat cancer they give out medals for people who participated and the money goes to charities

As a runner and huge sonic fan myself, I really wish something like this happened in the states...I would totally participate! I am a little confused by the actual distance though. The run itself was only 5 kilometers, right? Why do I keep hearing the term "marathon"? Marathons are 26.2 miles.

I sympathise with everyone here. But there's no need to be miserable any more. The Sonic Movie Events will reappear eventually, for those who had to miss out. The virus is successfully being slowed down, and lockdown and isolation have started to lift slowly. We can all go out properly as long as we keep our distance. Just pray that Lady Luck could weave some speedy magic your way one day down the line. Disneyland in Paris has reopened, not to us British folk yet, but that will likely happen next year. Never fear, Sonic the Hedgehog is always near. He's never very far away, and one day he'll reappear in full glory.
