This is why Night Elves are the worst race in WoW. So much of the bad shit that has happened in this game has happened because of them. They wound up and some how create a whole fucking nightmare realm whilst trying to create a dream realm, they end up creating a curse that destroys an entire kingdom and they do little to nothing to help said kingdom, and now they've essentially killed off a beloved dragon aspect because of their own stupidity and selfishness. I find it hard to believe that Blizzard still wants us to think night elves are good people. I'm honestly under the impression that they're worse than the death knights.

Aj9Livess The Old Gods are clever, really. They corrupted Neltharion, thus changing the Aspects' destiny: by making Deathwing cause the Hour of Twilight, they ensured that the Aspects would loose their powers and immortality with minimal losses on their side.

@@IAmTheConeGuy No, they were given their powers by the titans so they could defend Azeroth from the Legion and the Old Gods. Neltharion was corrupted by one of the Old Gods into thinking that the creation of the Dragon Soul would help the aspects even more, but only made him go mad for power, and as a result he took a good chunk of the other aspects powers along with it.

Another overpowered Hearthstone card that I don't have. Every time the opponent draws that card, I'm guarantied to lose. But as for the character Ysera, I almost cried the first time I watched that cinematic. One of the kindest and sweetest dragons of all time corrupted to the point that the only way to stop her was to kill her. I took great pleasure in ending Xavius, even if it was only on LFR.

I always liked the Trolls in Warcraft... Not the internet ones... Really hope they add the Revantusk Trolls as a sub-race customization so people can other Trolls than Jungle Trolls. And not sure what other Troll race would make sense for Horde. Maybe Zandarli? So it's Jungle Troll, Forest Troll, Zandarli... So it would be interesting that if they do that then they could have Trolls be like the Dwarves.

Hi Nobbel. First i would like to thank you for your lore videos, they are very interesting. But there is something i misunderstand in the lore of wow : what are the relation between Old Gods and the Legion? Old Gods seemed to be against the Legion since they want tokeep azeroth for themselves (example of the lich king corrupted by yogg saron) but do the Legion knows about the existence of the old gods? Do they ever thought about fighting them? Thanks for your answers !

Ish? I hypothesize that being connected to the Emerald Dream is like being connected to the twisting nether like demons. YOur physical body is destroyed but your spirit sort of resides within the dream. Just like when Cenarius died but we brought him and the other Wild gods back. If you look at the picture where all the different forces are then you'll see how the Burning Legion is next to Chaos, while Nature and the Emerald Dream are next to Order. Exact opposites of each other.

The demons are bound to the twisting nether, just like the wild gods are bound to the dream. Did Freya bind Ysera to the dream? If she's bound to it then yeah she can come back but if not, it may take Freya pleading to the titans to bring her back :/ man I hated Xavius but that...that broke me >.

What happened to the blue dragons after the defeat of Malygos? I only saw them in the cataclysm and what happened during the cataclysm that all the roaming drakes and dragons vanished? i loved to hunt those rare dragons

The total population of dragons have become quite small. Most probably turned back to their lairs and try not to die and are trying to reproduce. The blue ones are (again) pretty much close to extinction (after WotL). The green ones should be too quite decimated at least after Legion. While black one is pretty much extinct. You have Wrathion and maybe a few more who are still alive but as dragon flight they are gone. Wrathion is workingto restore it. Only the red and the bronze one have probably a stabile number of "members".

hey so can somebody remind me? Who was leading the horde during the time the red dragon flight was enslaved? Was it ogrim or was someone else in charge? I'm not going to be so naive as to question whether or not ogrim ordered it or not since the horde was fighting for survival with a dead or dying home to escape from, but im pretty sure Thrall respected him so im not quite certain what to believe. pretty sure blackhand was dead by this point wasnt he?

+darcraven01 It's a "blueprint" of the surface of Azeroth, created by keeper Freya (though it may have existed before in some form). It's not a physical world like Azeroth or Draenor. The Emerald Dream is expanded upon in the WoW Chronicle vol. 1, which is used as a major source for the Wowpedia article on it. You should check Wowpedia with questions like these.

Riley Rivalle i must have overlooked that it was merely the surface.. i assumed it was a blueprint for the whole planet... and it might not be on the physical plane of existence, but that doesnt mean it doesnt have a physical form (so to speak)... like, the twisting nether is not technically on the physical plane of existence, but demons hold a physical form... but again, i musta overlooked the "surface" part...
